PERBEDAAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI ANTARA SISWA PENERIMA KIP DENGAN SISWA REGULER DI SMA NEGERI 1 SUKOHARJO

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan motivasi berprestasi antara siswa penerima KIP (Kartu Indonesia Pintar) dan siswa Reguler di SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis komparasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X dan XI yang berjumlah 472 siswa. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 88 siswa yang terdiri dari 44 siswa penerima KIP (Kartu Indonesia Pintar) dan 44 siswa Reguler, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berupa skala motivasi berprestasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis Uji-T dengan program SPSS For Windows Seri 16.0. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t independent sample t-test  menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikasi 0,004 < 0,05. Pengujian tersebut berarti ada perbedaan antara motivasi berprestasi siswa penerima KIP dengan siswa Reguler. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa Reguler lebih berorientasi mencapai sukses, lebih mengantisipasi kegagalan, lebih berorientasi mengungguli prestasi sendiri yang pernah dicapai, ingin mengungguli prestasi orang lain, kesempurnaan dalam mengerjakan tugas, lebih percaya pada diri sendiri daripada siswa penerima KIP

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the difference of achievement motivation between students who receiving KIP (Kartu Indonesia Pintar) and Regular students in SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo.This research used a quantitative approach with comparative study. The population in this study were all students of class X and XI which consist of 472 students . The samples in this study are 88 students that consist of 44 students who receiving KIP (Kartu Indonesia Pintar) and 44 Regular students who do not receive, the sampling technique used random sampling technique. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire in the form of achievement motivation scale. Data analysis using T-Test analysis techniques by SPSS For Windows 16.0 Series program. Hypothesis test results using t independent sample t-test showed that the significance value 0.004 <0.05. The test means Ha accepted and Ho rejected means there is a difference between the achievement motivation of students receiving KIP with Regular students.This shows that reguler students are more oriented towards achieving succes, more anticipating failure, more oriented to outperform their own achievements, to outperform others achievements, perfection in the tasks, more self-reliant than student receiving KIP.
