PROTOTYPE SISTEM KONTROL PINTU GARASI MENGGUNAKAN SMS

Abstract

Garage Door Control System Prototype using SMS is an innovative development of the system to open and close the garage door automatically. With this technology is expected to help the inhabitants of the house to open the garage automatically through mobile phones without having to interact directly with the garage. Manufacturing Garage Door Control System Prototype using SMS includes several stages, namely: (1) identification of needs; (2) Analysis of needs; (3) The design of the hardware; (4) The design of software; (5) Preparation; and (6) Testing. The software is developed using C for Arduino. Test results shows that Garage Door Control System Prototype using SMS works well, the response time of the DC motor after getting a message from the average user 8,09s and can reply to messages in accordance with the keyword submitted.
