Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas model pembelajaran berbasis masalah hasil belajar pada ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik dibandingkan model pembelajaran konvensional pada kompetensi pengoperasian mesin produksi dengan pengendali elektromagnetik di SMK Negeri 1 Pundong. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas XI TITL SMK Negeri 1 Pundong. Sampel diambil pada penelitian sebanyak 64 dari populasi. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen kuasi. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan adalah tes, angket dan observasi. Analisi data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) model pembelajaran berbasis masalah lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada ranah kognitif dibandingkan model pembelajaran konvensional, hal ini ditunjukan nilai rerata eksperimen 84,25 sedangkan kelas kontrol 74,63; (2) model pembelajaran berbasis masalah lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada ranah afektif dibandingkan model pembelajaran konvensional, hal ini ditunjukan nilai rerata eksperimen 80,96 sedangkan kelas kontrol 76, 48; (3) model pembelajaran berbasis masalah lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada ranah psikomotorik dibandingkan model pembelajaran konvensional, hal ini ditunjukan nilai rerata eksperimen 82,55 sedangkan kelas kontrol 79,17.

Abstract
The purposes of this research was to find out the effectiveness of problem based learning model in order to improve learning competence in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domain compared to conventional learning model in competence of production machine operation with electromagnetic control at SMK Negeri 1 Pundong. Subject in this research were XI TITL class SMK Negeri 1 Pundong. The sample in this research was 64 students from the population. This research was done using quasi experiment approach. Data were collected was test, observation, and questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive and Ttest analysis. The results that:(1) problem based learning model using more effective than conventional model to improve learning outcome in cognitive domain according to the result of average score. The average score in experiment class with 84,25, was higher than average score in control class with 74,63; (2) problem based learning model was more effective than conventional model to improve learning outcome in affective domain according to the result of average score. The average score in experiment class with 80,96 was higher than average score in control class with 76,48; (3) problem based learning model using more effective than conventional model to improve learning outcome in psychomotor domain according to the result of average score. The average score in experiment class with 82,55, was higher than average score in control class with 79,17.
