EVALUATION OF PRODUCTIVE LEARNING PROCESS ON DEPARTEMENT OFINSTALLATION OF ELECTRIC POWER ENGINEERING

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuitingkat ketercapaian perencanaan pembelajaran,pelaksanaan pembelajaran, penilaian pembelajaran, dantindak lanjut hasil pembelajaran produktif pada Program Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK PIRI 1 Yogyakarta.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Countenance Stake yang meliputi aspek antecedents, transactions, dan outcomes. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 orang guru dan 45 orang siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner/angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif. Reliabilitas untuk kuesioner siswa mempunyai nilai koefisien sebesar 0,86 dan kuesioner guru mempunyai nilai koefisien sebesar 0,92.Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran sebagian besar guru produktif (76,0%) termasuk dalam kategori baik; (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebagian besar guru produktif (75,62%) termasuk dalam kategori baik, dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebagian besar siswa produktif (74,13%) termasuk dalam kategori baik; (3) Penilaian pembelajaran sebagian besar guru produktif (75,62%) termasuk dalam kategori baik, dan penilaian pembelajaran sebagian besar siswa produktif (75,50%) termasuk dalam kategori baik; (4) Tindak lanjut hasil pembelajaran sebagian besar guru produktif (72,50%) termasuk dalam kategori baik, dan tindak lanjut hasil pembelajaran sebagian besar siswa produktif (76,25%) termasuk dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

            The objective of this study was to determine the achievement level of learning plan, learning implementation, learning assessment, and follow-up of productivelearning resulton electric power installations engineering programat SMK PIRI 1 Yogyakarta. This study used Countenance Stake method that includes aspects of antecedents, transactions, and outcomes. The subjects of this study were four teachers and 45 students. The data was collected using questionnaires, interviews, and documentations. The data analysis technique was done with descriptiveanalysis. The reliability of  student questionnaire has a coefficient value of 0.86 and the teacher questionnaire has a coefficient of 0.92.The result showed that: 1) the learning planof the mostproductiveteachers (76.0%) was categorized as good; (2) the learning implementation of the most productive teachers (75.62%) was categorized as good, and the learning implementation of the most productivestudents (74.13%) was categorized as good; (3) learning assessment of the most productive teachers (75.62%) was categorized as good, and  the learning assessment of the most productive students (75.50%) was categorized as good; (4) the result of the learning follow-up of the most productive teachers (72.50%) was categorized as good, and the follow-up of the learning of the most productivestudents (76.25%) was categorized as good.
