PENINGKATAN KEAKTIFAN DAN KOMPETENSI SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN PEKERJAAN DASAR ELEKTROMEKANIK MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TWO STAY TWO STRAY

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan: (1) keaktifan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pekerjaan Dasar Elektromekanik dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray, (2) kompetensi ranah kognitif pada mata pelajaran Pekerjaan Dasar Elektromekanik dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray, dan (3) kompetensi ranah psikomotorik pada mata pelajaran Pekerjaan Dasar Elektromekanik dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas dan menggunakan model siklus yang dikembangkan oleh Kemmis dan McTaggart. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa berdasarkan hasil penelitian keaktifan belajar siswa dari siklus I sebesar 77,39%, siklus II sebesar 78,44%, dan siklus III sebesar 80,90%, (2) model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray dapat meningkatkan kompetensi ranah kognitif berdasarkan hasil penelitian kompetensi ranah kognitif dari siklus I sebesar 65,52%, siklus II sebesar 84,62%, dan siklus III sebesar 93,55%, dan (3) model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray dapat meningkatkan kompetensi ranah psikomotorik berdasarkan hasil penelitian kompetensi ranah psikomotorik dari siklus I sebesar 87,92%, siklus II sebesar 88,19%, dan siklus III sebesar 86,39%.

Abstract
This research aims to find out the increase of: (1) involvement of student, (2) competence of cognitive domains, and (3) competence of psychomotor domains on Basic Electromechanical Works by implementing learning model of Two Stay Two Stray. This research was conducted at 10th grade of SMK N 2 Depok. This research was class action research and used cycle model developed by Kemmis and McTaggart. The results of this research are: (1) learning model of Two Stay Two Stray can increase the involvement of student learning, the involvement of student learning cycle I is 77.39%, cycle II is 78.44% and cycle III is 80.90%, (2) it can improve the competence of cognitive domain, the competence of cognitive domain cycle I is 65.52%, cycle II is 84.62% , and cycle III is 93.55%, and (3) it can improve the competence of psychomotor domain, the competence of psychomotor domain cycle I is 87.92%, cycle II is 88.19% and cycle III is 86.39%.
