EVALUASI PROGRAM EKSTRAKURIKULER PROGRAM KEAHLIAN DI SMK MUHAMMADIYAH PRAMBANAN

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aspek context, input, process, dan product pada program kegiatan ekstrakurikuler program keahlian SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan model CIPP. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru pembimbing ekstrakurikuler dan siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif kuantitatif kualitatif. Penelitian ini mempunyai empat hasil penelitian kuantitatif yang dibagi menjadi empat aspek. Pertama, pada aspek context dikategorikan sangat baik karena ketercapaian mencapai 86,53%. Kedua, pada aspek input dikategorikan baik karena persentase ketercapaian sebesar 81,25% pada kuesioner siswa dan 77,08% pada kuesioner guru. Ketiga, pada aspek process dikategorikan baik karena persentase ketercapaian sebesar 80,15% pada kuesioner siswa dan 77,50% pada kuesioner guru. Keempat, pada aspek product dikategorikan sangat baik karena persentase ketercapaian sebesar 80,41% pada kuesioner siswa dan 86,04% pada kuesioner guru.

Abstract
The purposes of this research are to determine the aspects of context, input, process and product inside of the extracurricular skill program at SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. This research was an evaluation research with CIPP model. The subjects of this research are teacher guider and students who joined the extracurricular program. The data of this research was gathered by the questionnaire, interview, documentation, and observation. The data analysis was done by quantitative qualitative descriptive method. The research quantitative results were divided into four aspects. First, the context aspect which was categorized very good due to the achievement percentage of 86.53% . Second, the input aspect which was categorized good due to the achievement percentage of 81.25% in students’ questionnaire and 77.08% in teachers questionnaire. Third, the process aspect which was categorized good due to the achievement percentage of 80.15% in students’ questionnaire and 77.50% in teachers questionnaire. Fourth, the product aspect which was categorized very good due to the achievement percentage of 80.41% in students’ questionnaire and 86.04% in teachers questionnaire.
