THE OBSTACLES OF GUNUNGKIDUL GOVERNMENT IN MONITORING AND CONTROLLING THE DISTRIBUTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN THE DISTRICT GUNUNGKIDUL

Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) The obstacles of Gunungkidul Government in monitoring and controlling the distribution of alcoholic beverages in the district of Gunungkidul. 2) The efforts of Gunungkidul Government to overcome obstacles in monitoring and controlling the distributtion of alcoholic beverages in the region of Gunungkidul. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research subject was determined by purposive. The data were collected by interview and documentation. The validity of the data were analyzed by using a cross-check of the results of interviews between the research subject with the subject of other studies and the results of interviews with documentation. Data analysis technique used is the analysis of inductive step form, data reduction, unitization and categorization of data, display data, and conclusions. The results showed that there are some obstacles of Gunungkidul Government in monitoring and controlling the circulation of alcoholic beverages in Gunungkidul Regency. There are some efforts which done by Gunungkidul Government to overcome obstacles in monitoring and controlling the circulation of alcoholic beverages in Gunungkidul Regency.
