PENCAPAIAN HASIL PEMBUATAN TAS DARI LIMBAH PLASTIK MELALUI EFEKTIVITAS PELATIHAN ANGGOTA PKK

Abstract

Tujuan penlitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) pencapaian hasil kompetensi pembuatan tas dari limbah plastik pada pelaksanaan pelatihan kerajinan anggota PKK Randusari. 2) efektivitas pencapaian hasil kompetensi pembuatan tas dari limbah plastik pada anggota PKK Randusari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota PKK Randusari Surakarta dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan data purposive sampling, karena dibutuhkan orang-orang yang ahli dibidang menjahit sehingga terdapat 8 orang peserta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar penilaian unjuk kerja. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pencapaian hasil kompeteni pembuatan tas dari limbah plastik pada pelatihan kerajinan anggota PKK Randusari diperoleh nilai capaian yang berada pada angka terendah 73.00 dan nilai tertinggi sebesar 95.00 dengan jumlah 7 peserta yang telah mencapai nilai standar kompetensi yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya dengan nilai standar kompetensi 75.00 dan 1 peserta tidak mencapai standar kompetensi. Pencapaian hasil kompetensi pembuatan tas dari limbah plastik pada pelatihan kerajinan anggota PKK Randusari sebanyak 87.5% telah mencapai ketuntasan, sedangkan 12.5% peserta belum mencapai ketuntasan. 2) Efektivitas pencapaian hasil kompetensi pembuatan tas dari limbah plastik pada anggota PKK Randusari diperoleh 7 dari 8 peserta atau 87,5% telah mencapai nilai standar kompetensi. Berdasarkan acuan Litbang Depdagri, karena peserta yang mencapai nilai standar kompetensi lebih dari 80% maka capaian efektivitas pada pelatihan ini masuk dalam kategori sangat baik.

ACHIEVEMENT OF PLASTIC WASTE BAGS PRODUCTION THROUGH THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PKK MEMBER TRAINING

This research aims to describe: 1) achievement of competency results in making bags from plastic waste during the PKK Randusari handicraft training. 2) the effectiveness of achieving the competency results of making bags from plastic waste for PKK Randusari.
This research is descriptive research. The subjects in this study were PKK Randusari Surakarta members using purposive sampling data collection technique, because it takes people who are experts in the field of sewing so there are 8 participants. The data collection technique uses a performance assessment sheet. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis.
The results of this study indicate that 1) Achievement of the competency results of making bags from plastic waste in the handicraft training for PKK Randusari, the achievement value is at the lowest point of 73.00 and the highest score is 95.00 with a total of 7 participants who have reached the predetermined competency standard value with the competency standard value 75.00 and 1 participant did not reach the competency standard. 87.5% of the competency results of making bags from plastic waste in the handicraft training of PKK Randusari women had reached completeness, while 12.5% of participants had not yet achieved completeness. 2) The effectiveness of achieving the competency results of making bags from plastic waste for PKK Randusari members was obtained by 7 out of 8 participants or 82.5% had reached the standard competency score. Based on the Ministry of Home Affairs Research and Development reference, more than 80% of participants achieved standard competency scores, so the effectiveness of this training was in the very good category.
