PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PELATIHAN KETERAMPILAN MENJAHIT DI BALAI PERLINDUNGAN DAN REHABILITASI SOSIALREMAJA (BPRSR) YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program pelatihan keterampilan menjahit di
Balai Perlindungan dan Rehabilitasi Sosial Remaja (BPRSR) Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan
penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan survey. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta pelatihan
menjahit sejumlah 7 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan
data menggunakan instrumen berupa lembar observasi, wawancara dan angket. Validasi instrumen data
menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian adalah : (1) Pelaksanaan
pelatihan ditinjau dari unsur peserta hasil yang diperoleh 82 %. (2) Pelaksanaan pelatihan ditinjau dari
unsur pelatih hasil yang diperoleh 98%. (3) Pelaksanaan pelatihan ditinjau dari unsur lamanya pelatihan
hasil yang diperoleh 43%.(4) Pelaksanaan pelatihan ditinjau dari unsur materi hasil yang diperoleh
95%. (5) Pelaksanaan pelatihan ditinjau dari unsur metode hasil yang diperoleh 71%. Berdasarkan hasil
penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan program keterampilan menjahit blus ditinjau
dari unsur-unsur pelatihan telah terlaksana dengan baik.

This study aims to find out the implementation of sewing skills training programs at the Yogyakarta
Youth Social Protection and Rehabilitation Center (BPRSR). This research is a descriptive study with a
survey approach. The sample in this study was 7 sewing trainees. The sampling technique is a purposive
sampling technique. Data collection uses instruments in the form of observation sheets, interviews and
questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis with percentages. The results of the
study were: (1) The implementation of the training in terms of participants' elements obtained 82%. (2)
The implementation of the training was viewed from the element of the trainer, the results obtained were
98%. (3) The implementation of the training in terms of the duration of training results obtained 43%.
(4) The implementation of the training in terms of material elements obtained results of 95%. (5) The
implementation of the training in terms of method elements results obtained 71%. Based on the results
of this study it can be concluded that the implementation of the training program can be viewed from
the no-training has been implemented well.
