HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR KOMPETENSI PRAKTIK PADA PELAJARAN PRAKARYA DAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN KERAJINAN TEKSTIL DI MAN 3 YOGYAKARTA

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan:

mendeskripsikan motivasi berprestasi

mendiskripsikan hasil
belajar kompetensi praktik
(

mengetahui hubungan motivasi berprestasi dengan hasil belajar
kompetensi praktik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif pendekatan korelasional. Populasi
penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA di MAN 3 Yogyakarta yang menempuh mata pelajaran
Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan Kerajinan Tekstil sebanyak 144 siswa. Sampel sebanyak 110 siswa
ditentukan dengan Table Isaac dan Michael, sampel ditentukan dengan teknik Propotional Random
Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan instrument berupa angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis
data dengan teknik korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian:

motivasi berprestasi 22% kategori
sangat tinggi, 37% kategori tinggi, 35% kategori rendah, 6% kategori sangat rendah, mean sebesar
91,05,
(

)
hasil belajar kompetensi praktik 96% berhasil mencapai nilai KKM, 4% di bawah nilai
KKM,
(
3)
hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif antara motivasi berprestasi

pada taraf signifikansi 5% adalah r

Abstract
This study aims to:
(
1)
describe achievement motivation,
(
2)
describe the learning outcomes of
practice competency, and
(
3)
find out the relationship between achievement motivation and the learning
outcomes of practice competency. This was a quantitative study using the correlational approach. The
research population comprised all students of Grade XI of Science of MAN 3 Yogyakarta who took the
subject of Handicrafts and Textile Craft Entrepreneurship with a total of 144 students. The sample
consisting of 110 students was determined by Isaac and Michael’s table and selected by the proportional
random sampling technique. The data were collected by a questionnaire and documentation. They were
analyzed by the product moment correlation analysis technique. The results show that:

regarding
achievement motivation, 22% of the students are very high, 37% are high, 35% are low, and 6% are
very low with a mean of 91.05;
(
2)
regarding the learning outcomes of practice competency, 96% of the
students attain scores above the minimum mastery criteria
(
MMC
)
and 4% attain score below MMC;
and
(
3)
there is a positive relationship between achievement motivation
(
x
)
and learning outcomes
(
y
)
at
a significance level of 5% with r
observed
= 0.196 > r
table
= 0.187.
