PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN VIDEO INTERAKTIF ROOM SERVICE MATA PELAJARAN TATA HIDANG DI SMK N 1 SEWON

Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian bertujuan untuk: 1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran video interaktif Room Service
dan
2) mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran video interaktif Room Service di SMK N 1 Sewon. Penelitian
ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop dan Disseminate).
Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Januari - Mei 2016 di SMK Negeri 1 Sewon dan Hotel UNY. Subjek
penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII Tata Boga. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan; observasi, wawancara
dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) pengembangan
video interaktif
Room Service melalui 4 tahap yaitu define (analisis kebutuhan); design (perancangan isi dan
tampilan media); develop (validasi ahli dan siswa); disseminate (penggunaan media dalam pembelajaran dan
diupload ke youtube dengan alamat https://youtu.be/Vb2ue2yjHkc, (2) Hasil penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli
materi 93,18% (sangat layak), ahli media 94,40% (sangat layak), penilaian siswa 80,81% layak digunakan
sebagai media pembelajaran.

DEVELOPMENT OF INTERACTIVE VIDEO LEARNING MEDIA IN THE
SUBJEC MATTER OF ROOM SERVICE TATA HIDANG IN SMK N 1 SEWON
ABSTRACT
The objective of this research was to study: 1) the development of video interactive learning
media in the subject matter of room service, 2) the feasibility of interactive video learning media
product in SMK N 1 Sewon. This research type was a research and development with 4D model
(Define, Design, Develop dan Disseminate).This research do on January-May 2016 in SMK N 1 Sewon and
UNY Hotel. The subject of this reseach is students from XII
Tata Boga. Data collection was done using
observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis. The
results showed that: 1) the development of interactive video learning media was define (identification
of need with observation, interviews, and literature study); design (preparation of content);
develope (validation of interactive video learning media product by expert and students); disseminate
(through the use of interactive video learning media on learning class and uploaded this media
learning product on youtube with link address https://youtu.be/Vb2ue2yjHkc., 2) learning media was
very feasible (93,18%) according to expert matter, very feasible (94,40%) according to expert media and
feasible (80,81%)
according to students.
