HUBUNGAN EFIKASI DIRI DENGAN KEMATANGAN PILIHAN KARIR SISWA KELAS XI SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 1 MOYUDAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) efikasi diri siswa ; 2) kematangan pilihan karir; 3)
hubungan efikasi diri dengan kematangan pilihan karir siswa kelas XI SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Moyudan.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional ex post facto. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI
SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Moyudan sejumlah 302 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dengan proportional random
sampling sebanyak 161 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan angket. Analisis data menggunakan
statistik deskriptif dan Korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) efikasi diri
sangat tinggi (55,9%); 2) kematangan pilihan karir tinggi (73,3%); 3) ada hubungan efikasi diri dengan
kematangan pilihan karir siswa yang positif dan signifikan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji hipotesis
sebesar 0,06 (sig 0,002). Nilai 6% tersebut berarti efikasi diri berhubungan dengan kematangan pilihan
karir dalam kategori sangat rendah.

Abstract
This research aims to determine: 1) students self-efficacy; 2) maturity of career choices; 3) the
relationship of self-efficacy to career maturity of class XI at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Moyudan. This
research was an ex post facto correlational research. The population of the study were the students of XI
Class of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Moyudan, which amounted to 302 students. The sample was taken by
proportional random sampling which resulted 161 respondents. Data collected by questionnaire. Data
analysis used descriptive statistics ang correlation product moment. The results show that: 1) the selfefficacy
is very high (55,9%); 2) the maturity of career choices is high (73,3%); 3) there is a relationship
between students elf-efficacy with maturity career choices positive and significant. This is indicated by
result of the hypothesis test indicating of 0.06 % (sig 0.002) . The value is 6 % means students selfefficacy
related to the maturity of career choices in the very low category.
