PENGEMBANGAN KOMIK DIGITAL FORMAL TABLE MANNER UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN TATA HIDANG SMK NEGERI 4 YOGYAKARTA DEVELOPING FORMAL TABLE MANNER DIGITAL COMIC FOR FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE LEARNING IN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL 4 YOGYAKARTA

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengembangkan komik digital sebagai media pembelajaran table manner;
(2) Mengetahui kelayakan komik digital menurut ahli materi; (3) Mengetahui kelayakan komik digital menurut ahli
media; (4) Mengetahui kelayakan komik digital dari aspek pengguna. Penelitian ini merupakanResearch and
Development dengan model 4D. Subjek yang digunakan 2 ahli materi, 1 ahli media dan siswa kelas XI Patiseri 1
dan 2 SMK Negeri 4 Yogyakarta. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan angket.
Hasil penelitian berupa penilaian kelayakan komik digital dari ahli materi, ahli media, dan pengguna. Hasil yang
diperoleh yaitu (1) Kelayakan komik digital dari ahli materi memperoleh rerata 3,51 dengan kategori Sangat Layak,
(2) Kelayakan komik digital dari ahli media memperoleh rerata 3,82 dengan kategori Sangat Layak, (3) Uji coba
terbatas memperoleh rerata 3,63 dengan kategori Sangat Layak, (4) Uji skala besar memperoleh rerata 3,47 dengan
kategori Sangat Layak. Dengan demikian, komik digital table manner layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran
tata hidang di SMK Negeri 4 Yogyakarta.

The aims of this research are: (1) Developing digital comic for table manner learning media, (2) To know
table manner digital comic eligibility according to material expert, (3) To know table manner digital comic
eligibility according to media expert, (4) To know table manner digital comic eligibility according to user.The type
of this research is Research and Development with 4D model. The subjects are 2 material experts, 1 media expert,
and students of class XI Pastry 1 and 2 Vocational High School 4 Yogyakarta. Data collection methods use
interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The result of the research is digital comic eligibility assessment from
material experts, media experts, and users. The results obtained were (1) digital comic eligibility from material
experts gained an average of 3,51 withVery Eligible category, (2) digital comic eligibility from media experts
gained 3.82 with Very Eligible category, (3) Limited eligibility trials obtained a mean of 3,63 with Very Eligible
category, (4) Large scale eligibility test obtained a mean of 3,47 with Very Eligible category. According to these
results, formal table manner digital comic is appropriate to be used as a learning media for teaching in Vocational
High School 4 Yogyakarta.
