PENERAPAN HIGIENE SANITASI PRAKTIK MENGOLAH MAKANAN PADA SISWA KELAS XI JASA BOGA SMKN 1 KALASAN

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sikap pada siswa: (1) Higiene sanitasi, (2) Higiene personal,
(3) Sanitasi pengolahan, (4) Sanitasi peralatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survey
pada siswa kelas XI SMKN 1 Kalasan sebanyak 70 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket
tertutup. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Sikap higiene sanitasi termasuk dalam kategori hampir konsisten sebanyak
34 siswa (48,57%), konsisten sebanyak 33 siswa (47,14%), kadang-kadang sebanyak 3 siswa (4,29%), (2) Sikap
higiene personal termasuk dalam kategori hampir konsisten sebanyak sebanyak 32 siswa (45,71%), konsisten
sebanyak 32 siswa (45,71%), kadang-kadang sebanyak 6 siswa (8,57%), (3) Sikap higiene sanitasi pengolahan
termasuk dalam kategori hampir konsisten sebanyak sebanyak 39 siswa (55,71%), konsisten sebanyak 27 siswa
(38,57%), kadang-kadang sebanyak 4 siswa (5,71%), (4) Sikap higiene sanitasi peralatan termasuk dalam kategori
hampir konsisten sebanyak sebanyak 32 siswa (45,71%), konsisten sebanyak 34 siswa (48,57%), kadang-kadang 4
siswa (5,71%).

The objectives of this research are to know attitude by students': (1) Higienic sanitation, (2) Students' personal
hygiene, (3) Sanitation processing, (4) Sanitation equipment. This research is a descriptive research by using survey
method by students' of class XI culinary program a total of 70 student. Data collection technique were conducted by
using questionnaires. The result of this research are: (1) The attitude of hygienic sanitation during the practice of
food processing included in "almost consistent" category has a total number of 34 students (48,57%), "consistent"
category has a total number of 33 students (47,14%), "sometimes" category has a total number of 3 students (4,29%),
(2) The attitude of student personal higiene during the practice of food processing included in "almost consistent"
category has a total of 32 students (45,71%), "consistent" category has a total number of 32 students (45,71%),
"sometimes" category has a total number of 6 students (8,57%), (3) The attitude of student sanitation processing
during the practice of food processing included in "almost consistent" category has a total of 39 students (55,71%),
"consistent" category has a total number of 27 students (55,71%), "sometimes" category has a total number of 4
students (5,71%), (4) The attitude of student sanitation equipment during the practice of food processing included in
"almost consistent" category has a total of 32 students (45,71%), "consistent" category has a total number of 34
students (48,57%), "sometimes" category has a total number of 4 students (5,71%).
