PERSEPSI GURU DAN SISWA TERHADAP MENU MAKANAN KANTIN SEKOLAH DI SMK NEGERI 1 TEMPEL

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) persepsi guru, (2) persepsi siswa, (3) harapan guru, dan (4)
harapan siswa terhadap menu makanan kantin sekolah di SMK Negeri 1 Tempel Kabupaten Sleman Daerah
Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1
Tempel dengan populasi guru dan siswa kelas X serta kelas XII. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik
random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 171 siswa dan 52 guru SMK Negeri 1 Tempel. Metode pengumpulan
data menggunakan angket tertutup  skala likert dengan empat alternatif jawaban. Validitas menggunakan uji
validitas isi dengan teknik judgment expert dan uji reabilitas menggunakan uji realibilitas keterbacaan instrument.
Teknik analisis data statistik persentase. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) persepsi guru
terhadap menu makanan kantin pada aspek positif mencapai 75,8% dan persepsi guru pada aspek negatif
mencapai 73,1% (2) persepsi siswa terhadap menu makanan kantin pada aspek positif mencapai 57,1%
dan persepsi siswa pada aspek negatif mencapai 67,81% (3) harapan guru terhadap menu makanan kantin
sekolah mencapai 74,125% (4) harapan siswa terhadap menu makanan kantin sekolah mencapai 82,87%.

Abstract
 The purpose of this research aims to determinate : (1) teachers perception, (2) students perception, (3)
teachers expectation, and (4) students expectation about school cafetaria’s menu at SMK Negeri 1 Tempel in
Sleman District of Yogyakarta Special Region. This research is a kind of descriptive research. Implemented in
SMK Negeri 1 Tempel with a population of teachers and students of class X and class XII. The research selects 52
teachers and 171 students as random sample. Methods of data collection using a Likert-scale questionnaire with
four alternative answers. Validity uses content validity test with judgment expert technique and realism test using
instrument reliability realibility test. Percentage statistical data analysis techniques.The results of this study
indicate that: (1) teachers' perceptions on the positive aspects reach amount 75,8% and negative
perception 73,1% (2) student’s perceptions on the positive aspects reach amount 57,1% and negative
perception reach 68,71% (3) amount 74,125% reach for teachers' expectations (4) and the student
expectations reach about 82,87%.
