THE SCHOOL'S ROLE IN TACKLING THE STRAYING BEHAVIOUR OF STUDENTS IN SMP NEGERI 13 KOTA MAGELANG

This study is made from the research that aims to know the warranty in the mudharabah and musharakah defrayal and this research aimed to reveal the obstacles that faced by BMT BIF in giving the defrayal with the ways handled these obstacles. This research was a descriptive research with the approach of qualitative. The determination technique of this research’s subject was the purposive and the snowball technique, those selected as the research subjects are the managing committee BMT BIF, manager BMT BIF, defrayal analyst BMT BIF, marketing BMT BIF and work partners BMT, The data were collected through interviewing and documenting. The validity of this research was cross check technique. The data were analysed through inductive data analysis technique, include the following: data reducting, data categorizing, data presenting and data concluding. The conclusion of this study revealed that: 1) The reasons of why BMT BIF required the warranty in the mudharabah and musharakah defreyal are because: it is allowed by the constitution, warranty considered as a proof of the partner’s capability, warranty considered as a protector. 2) The obstacles that faced by BMT BIF in giving the defrayal were: the errors in analysing the capability 5C of Credits and the dishonest and uncooperative work partners. The ways BMT BIF handled these obstacles were a) to conduct selective assesments when they analyze the defrayal’s expediency, b) to conduct monitorings before and after giving the defrayal, c) to conduct coachings on work partners, d) to conduct intensive collectings, e) to reschedule the agreement and f) to execute the warranty items.
