THE PANCASILA AND CIVIC EDUCATION TEACHER IN PLAYEN STATE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL’S HINDRANCE OF KURIKULUM 2013 IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract


The research aims to described: (1) the Pancasila and Civic Education teacher in Playen State Junior High School’s hindrance of Kurikulum 2013 Implementation, (2) the Pancasila and Civic Education teacher in Playen State Junior High School’s effort to decreased the hindrance of Kurikulum 2013 Implementation.

The research was a qualitative descriptive. The subject determination method was purposive. The subject consisted of 5 (five) teachers. The research took place at SMP Negeri 1 Playen, SMP Negeri 2 Playen, SMP Negeri 3 Playen, and SMP Negeri 4 Playen. The data collection method used interview and documentation with cross check as the data validation. The data analysis method used data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.

The results showed that: (1) the Pancasila and Civic Education teacher in Playen State Junior High School’s hindrances of Kurikulum 2013 implementation were classified in 3 (three) categories: (a) the hindrances of lesson plan process consisted of how to developed the learning media, and also a late distribution of Buku Guru and Buku Siswa. (b) The hindrances of learning process consisted of how to increased the student’s learning participation, a late distribution of Buku Guru and Buku Siswa Kurikulum 2013, and a limitedness of LCD Projector supplies. (c) The hindrances of assessment process consisted of how to applied the stundent’s assessment aspects, teacher’s time management, and a lot of assessment documents. (2) The Pancasila and Civic Education teacher in Playen State Junior High School’s efforts to decreased the hindrances of Kurikulum 2013 implementation were classified in 3 (three) categories: (a) to decreased the hindrances of lesson plan process consisted of to cooperated with other teachers, to improved the own abilty with internet, to copied the books of Kurikulum 2013. (b) To decreased the hindrances of learning process consisted of to increased the student’s learning participation, to copied the books of Kurikulum 2013, and to increased the LCD Projector supplies. (c) To decreased the hindraces of assessment process consisted of to produced the Kurikulum 2013 assessment application system. But, the efforts were unworking because of a Regulation of Education and Culture Ministry 160 of 2014 about Kurikulum Tahun 2006 and Kurikulum 2013 anactment.
