Abstract


This research aims to develop an application to provide industrial data and to give recommendation based on the student’s interest. The methods used are Research & Development (R&D) and Agile Unified Process development model. The results are: (1) industrial place recommendation application provides recommendation by content based recommendation method with term frequency – inverse document frequency algorithm running on Android platform; (2) To test all functionality of this application is done with a test case and black box testing method. The result for the functional test is that the application can perform all its feature based on the use case and requirement.
