PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE NUMBERED HEAD TOGETHER (NHT) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEAKTIFAN DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI MULTIMEDIA SMK MUHAMMADIYAH PRAMBANAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Desain Multimedia melalui model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) kelas XI Multimedia di SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan model yang dikembangkan oleh Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Multimedia pada semester ganjil tahun akademik 2015/2016 dengan jumlah 32 siswa. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dengan dua kali pertemuan pada tiap siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi keaktifan siswa, tes hasil belajar, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantiatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Ada peningkatan keaktifan siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) pada mata pelajaran Desain Multimedia kelas XI Multimedia di SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. Rata-rata persentase keaktifan siswa pada 7 indikator keaktifan yaitu: a) memperhatikan penjelasan guru (Siklus I 78,34% & Siklus II 96,67%), b) mencatat materi (Siklus I 71,67% & Siklus II 93,34%), c) bertanya (Siklus I 18,33% & Siklus II 38,34%), d) menjawab pertanyaan (Siklus I 25,00% & Siklus II 41,67%), e) mengerjakan tugas (Siklus I 93,34% & Siklus II 100%), f) berpendapat dan memberi tanggapan (Siklus I 76,67% & Siklus II 91,67%), g) mendengarkan penjelasan teman saat prentasi (Siklus I 71,67% & Siklus II 93,34%). Siklus I rata-rata persentase keaktifan siswa sebesar 62,14% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 79,29%. 2) Ada peningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) pada mata pelajaran Desain Multimedia kelas XI Multimedia di SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar pada setiap siklusnya. Pada prasiklus persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 43,5%, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 66,67%, dan kembali meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 86,67%.

Abstract
This study aims to determine enhancements of student activity and learning results in Desain Multimedia subject through Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model in Class XI Multimedia at Muhammadiyah Prambanan vocational school. This research is a classroom action research model developed by Kemmis and Mc Taggart. The targetof this study was the students in XI Class of Multimedia which was being in the first semester of academic year 2015/2016 approximately 32 students. The study consists of two cycles with two meetings in each cycle. Data collection techniques were used in this study are student activity observation sheet, achievement test, and documentation. Data analysis technique was used in this study is descriptive analysis quantiative. The results showed that: 1) There is a significant increase of the student activity by applying Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model on Desain Multimedia subject in XI Class of Multimedia at Muhammadiyah Prambanan vocational school. The average of student activity percentage in 7 indicators are: a) paying attention to the teacher's explanations (78.34% in Cycle I and 96.67% in Cycle II), b) taking a note of the materials (71.67% and 93.34 % in Cycle I and Cycle II respectively), c) asking (Cycle I got 18.33% and Cycle II got 38.34%), d) answering the questions (25.00% in Cycle I and 41.67% in Cycle II), e) doing the tasks (Cycle I 93 , 34% and 100% in Cycle II), f) giving opinion and feedback (76.67% in Cycle I and 91.67% in Cycle II ), g) listening friend’s presentation (Cycle I and Cycle II got 71.67% and 93 , 34% respectively). In the first cycle, the percentage of student activity was 62.14% and it increased to 79.29% in the second one. 2) The student learning results rise slightly by implementing Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model on Desain Multimedia subject in XI class of Multimedia at SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan Vocational School. It has been proved by the enhancement in the completeness percentage of learning results in each cycle. In the pre-cycle the completeness percentageof student learning result was 43.5%, in the first cycle it increased to 66.67% before it rose significantly in the second cycle into 86.67%.
