PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN DIVISI PRODUKSI SEKTOR MANUFAKTUR

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan antara kepuasan kerja (X1) dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) (X2) terhadap turnover intention (Y) pada karyawan divisi produksi sektor manufaktur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional kausal. Penelitian ini melibatkan 50 karyawan divisi produksi PT. Laju Usaha Gemilang. Subjek diminta untuk mengisi skala turnover intention, skala kepuasan kerja, dan skala organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda didapatkan hasil berupa nilai t hitung pada X1 sebesar -4.392 dan nilai Sig. 0.000<0.05, yang berarti ada pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara X1 terhadap Y. Nilai t hitung pada X2 sebesar -0.909 dan nilai Sig. 0.368>0.05, yang berarti tidak ada pengaruh antara X2 terhadap Y. Sementara itu, didapatkan hasil berupa nilai F hitung sebesar 9.826, nilai Sig. 0.000<0.05, dan R Square 0.295 atau 29.5%, yang berarti ada pengaruh antara X1 dan X2 secara simultan terhadap Y sebesar 29.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a partial or simultaneous effect between job satisfaction (X1) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) (X2) on turnover intention (Y) of the production division employees manufacturing sector. The research used quantitative approach with causal correlation. This study used 50 employees of division production in PT. Laju Usaha Gemilang. Subjects were asked to fill in the scale of turnover intention, the scale of job satisfaction, and the scale of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Based on the analysis using multiple regression test obtained t value at X1 of -4.392 and Sig. 0.000<0.05, which means there is a negative and significant effect between X1 on Y. The t value at X2 of -0.909 and Sig. 0.368>0.05, which means there is no effect between X2 on Y. Meanwhile, the results obtained are F value of 9.826, Sig. 0.000<0.05, and R Square 0.295 or 29.5%, which means that there is an effect between X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y by 29.5%.
