Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of Perception, Motivation, and Professional Recognition on the Interest to work in Taxation. This research is a type of comparative causal research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of the Yogyakarta State University Accounting Study Program class of 2015, 2016 and 2017. The sampling technique with proportional random sampling obtained a sample of 137 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used a simple and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Perception, motivation and Professional Recognition has effect on Interest to work in Taxation, as evidenced by significance 0,000; 0,000; and 0,000.
