PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN KETERAMPILAN KRIYA KAYU PADA ANAK TUNAGRAHITA RINGAN KELAS X SMALB DI SLB NEGERI 2 YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran keterampilan kriya kayu pada anak tunagrahita ringan kelas X di SLB Negeri 2 Yogyakarta, kemampuan setiap individu dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran keterampilan kriya kayu, dan ketercapaian hasil. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian yaitu 4 anak tunagrahita ringan kelas X dan guru keterampilan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan pedoman wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Analisis data melalui reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran keterampilan kriya kayu, dapat mengoptimalkan kemampuan anak tunagrahita ringan. Tahapan pelaksanaan pembelajaran keterampilan kriya kayu yang meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan, evaluasi. Kemampuan setiap anak berbeda-beda dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran keterampilan kriya kayu, ketercapaian hasilnya, anak dapat membuat produk karya yaitu puzzle, baki, hiasan, miniature alat transportasi, dan sebagainya.

Abstract
The aims of this research are to identify and describe , the learning implementation of wood handcraft for SMALB grade X mild mental retardation students at SLB Negeri 2 Yogyakarta, the ability for every student in the learning implementation of wood handcraft, and result the goal the learning implementation of wood handcraft. This research is a descriptive - qualitative study. The subjects are four students in grade X who suffer from mild mental retardation and the teacher as informant.The techniques for collecting data used interview, observation, and document. The technique for validating data used in this research is triangulation data. The instruments used in this research were interview, observation, and document. The data were analyzed using of data reduction, data display and verification. The results of this research shows that wood handcraft skill can optimize mild mental retardation children’s skill and provide skill after they graduate. The step by implementating of the skill wood handcraft learning which are preparation, implementation, finishing, and evaluations. The research shows that every student has different ability in terms of implementing wood handcraft, achieving goals including the products created which are puzzle, baki, garnis, miniature transportation, etc.
