PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN BINA DIRI MEMASAK BAGI ANAK AUTIS DI SLB CITRA MULIA MANDIRI YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran bina diri memasak bagi anak autis di SLB Citra Mulia Mandiri Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga orang subjek yaitu satu guru memasak dan dua siswa autis. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah metode observasi dan wawancara. Instrumen yang digunakan ialah pedomen observasi serta pedoman wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penyimpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pembelajaran bina diri memasak disesuaikan dengan karakteristik siswa. (2) Kesulitan yang ditemui guru selama pembelajaran memasak berlangsung berbeda-beda sesuai dengan karakteristik anak. (3) Upaya yang dilaksanakan guru dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang ditemui ketika mengajarkan pembelajaran bina diri memasak bagi anak autis ialah guru mencari tahu penyebab terjadinya permasalahan serta berusaha untuk menyelesaikannya.

Abstract
The aim of this research was to describe learning of cooking activity daily learning to autism students in SLB Citra Mulia Mandiri Yogyakarta. This was a qualitative research with descriptive method. The subjects in this research were three people, they were cooking teacher and two autism students. Data was collected by observation and interview method. Instruments that used were observation guide and interview guide. Data was analysed by reducting data technique, presenting data, and concluding data. The result of this research showed (1) Learning of cooking activity daily learning must had a good compatibility with the students characteristic. (2) The difficulties found by teacher when cooking learning were different, depend on students characteristic. (3) The way was done by teacher to solve the problem when she taught the learning of cooking activity daily learning to autism students was teacher looking for the problem reason and trying to solve it.
