PENGARUH LATIHAN SHOOTING DENGAN LATIHAN IMAGERY MENGGUNAKAN AUDIO VISUAL (VIDEO) TERHADAP AKURASI SHOOTING /PLEASSING ATLET SEPAKBOLA FOOTBALL CLUB UNY ACADEMY USIA 15-16 TAHUN
Abstract
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh latihan shooting dengan latihan
imagery menggunakan audio visual (video) terhadap akurasi shooting/pleasing atlet sepakbola
FC UNY Academy usia 15-16 tahun. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 siswa sedangkan
sampel sebanyak 20 siswa yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Seluruh
sampel tersebut dikenai pretest untuk menentukan kelompok treatment dan kelompok kontrol.
Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan SPSS 23.
Hasil uji-t kelompok (A) dapat dilihat bahwa t hitung 8.358 > t tabel 2.262, dan nilai
signifikan 0.000 < 0.05. Maka hasil ini menunjukan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Dari
data pretest memiliki rerata 4.90 dan posttest memiliki rerata 10.50. Besarnya perubahan nilai
rata-rata sebesar 5.60 dan presentase peningkatan 114.28%. sedangkan Dari hasil uji-t kelompok
(B) dapat dilihat bahwa t hitung 1.861 < t tabel 2.262, dan nilai signifikan 0.096 > 0.05. Maka
hasil ini menunjukan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Dari data pretest memiliki rerata
4.70 dan posttest memiliki rerata 5.20. Besarnya perubahan nilai rata-rata sebesar 0.50 dan
presentase peningkatan 14.89%. Hasil uji-t posttest antara kelompok A (eksperimen) dan
kelompok B (kontrol) dapat dilihat bahwa t hitung 8.647 > t tabel 2.262, dan nilai signifikan
0.000 < 0.05.
Berdasarkan analisis data statistik menunjukan perubahan yang signifikan. Data
posttest kelompok A memiliki rerata 10.50 dan kelompok B memiliki rerata 5.20 dilihat dari
selisih posttest sebesar 4.90. Maka hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh yang
signifikan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Ada pengaruh shooting dengan latihan
imagery menggunakan audio visual (video) terhadap akurasi shooting/pleasing atlet sepakbola
FC UNY Academy usia 15-16 tahun”. Artinya shooting dengan latihan imagery menggunakan
audio visual (video) memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan akurasi
shooting/pleasing siswa FC UNY Academy usia 15-16 tahun

The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the training shooting with
imagery training using audio visual ( video ) against shooting/pleasing accuracy of athlete
football academy fc uny the age of 15-16 year . The study population was 50 athlete who joined
