ANALISIS KECEPATAN LARI 400 METER PUTRI FINAL PADA KEJUARAAN NASIONAL ATLETIK JAWA TIMUR TERBUKA DI SURABAYA TAHUN 2016

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pola kecepatan lari 400 meter atlet putri Kejuaraan Nasional Atletik Jawa Timur Terbuka di Surabaya tahun 2016. Penelitian ini, dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui analisis kecepatan per 50 meter. Lari 400 meter dengan sistem energi anaerobik laktit perlu pola strategi atau pengaturan kecepatan untuk mendapatkan prestasi terbaik.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu atlet lari 400 meter putri peserta final Kejuaraan Nasional Atletik Jawa Timur Terbuka di Surabaya tahun 2016. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan purposive sampling, sampel yang didapatkan sejumlah 7 atlet putri. Data yang diperoleh berupa video dan analisis data menggunakan kinovea software.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) waktu tempuh lari 400 meter antara 57,51-64,38, kecepatan rata-rata lari 400 meter 6,93 m/detik. (2) percepatan dilakukan jarak 0-150 meter dan kembali melakukan percepatan pada jarak 250-350 meter. Rata-rata percepatan yang dilakukan atlet Indonesia jarak 221,43 meter dengan waktu tempuh 30,96 detik. (3) atlet putri Kejuaraan Nasional Atletik Jawa Timur Terbuka melakukan percepatan sepanjang 250 meter sebesar 57,14% (4 atlet), 200 meter sebesar 28,58% (2 atlet), dan 150 meter sebesar 14,28% (1 atlet). (4) kecepatan tertinggi pada jarak 100-150 meter dengan persentase sebesar 100%. (5) rata-rata jarak perlambatan 178,57 meter dengan waktu tempuh 29,89 detik. (6) Atlet putri kejuaraan nasional atletik Jawa Timur terbuka melakukan perlambatan jarak 100 meter sebanyak 0% (0 atlet), 150 meter 57,14% (4 atlet), 200 meter 28,57% (2 atlet), 250 meter 14,29% (1 atlet).

Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the pattern speed of 400m women's final at the 2016 East Java National Athletics Championships Open in Surabaya. This research aims to determine the speed of analysis per 50 meters. The 400m runners with lactic anaerobic energy systems need a strategy pattern or speed settings to obtain the best performance.
This research was a descriptive study. Population in this research is the athletes of 400 meters women's final at the 2016 East Java National Athletics Championships Open in Surabaya. The data taken by using purposive sampling, the sample obtained a number of 7 women athletes. Data obtained in the form of video and data analysis using software Kinovea.
The findings of this research show that (1) the travel time to run 400 meters between 57.51 to 64.38, an average speed of 400m at 6.93 m/sec. (2) the acceleration is done within 0-150 meters and re-accelerating at a distance of 250-350 meters. The average acceleration done by Indonesian athlete within 221.43 meters with a travel time of 30.96 seconds. (3) East Java National Athletics Championships Open women athletes accelerating along the 250 meters of 57.14% (4 athletes), 200 meters of 28.58% (2 athletes), and the 150 meters of 14.28% (1 athlete). (4) The highest speed at a distance of 100-150 meters with a percentage of 100%. (5) The average distance of 178.57 meters with a slowdown in travel time of 29.89 seconds. (6) Women athletes in East Java National Championship Open to slow distance of 100 meters as much as 0% (0 of athletes), 150 meters of 57.14% (4 athletes), 200 meters of 28.57% (2 athletes), 250 meters 14 29% (1 athlete).
