Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan drill multi arah dan core stability terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan power tungkai atlet bulutangkis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain “one groups pre-test-post-test design”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain bulutangkis PB MDP Cangkringan yang berjumlah 65 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Kriteria dalam penentuan sampel ini meliputi: (1) daftar hadir latihan minimal 75% (keaktifan mengikuti latihan pada saat treatment), (2) pemain bulutangkis PB MDP Cangkringan, (3) bersedia untuk mengikuti perlakuan sampai akhir, dan (4) tidak dalam keadaan sakit, (5) berusia 10-12 tahun. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut yang memenuhi berjumlah 7 orang. Instrumen menggunakan untuk mengukur power tungkai menggunakan tes triple hope test dan tes kelincahan menggunakan tes rangkaian olah kaki. Analisis data menggunakan uji t taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan drill multi arah dan core stability terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet bulutangkis, dengan t hitung 6,584 > t tabel 2,447, dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05, dan kenaikan persentase sebesar 15,61%. (2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan drill multi arah dan core stability terhadap peningkatan power tungkai atlet bulutangkis, dengan t hitung 4,553 > t tabel 2,447, dan nilai signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05, dan kenaikan persentase sebesar 3,11%. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of multi-directional drill exercises and core stability to increase the agility and power of the legs of badminton athletes. This study uses an experimental method with the design of "one groups pre-test-post-test design". The population in this study were PB MDP Cangkringan badminton players, amounting to 65 people. Sampling is done by purposive sampling. The criteria in determining this sample include: (1) attendance list of at least 75% (active participation in training at the time of treatment), (2) PB MDP Cangkringan badminton players, (3) willing to follow treatment to the end, and (4) not in sickness, (5) aged 10-12 years old. Based on these, 7 people were fulfill the criteria given. The instrument used to measure leg power uses the triple hope test and the agility test using the foot circuit test. Data analysis using t test significance level of 5%. The results showed that (1) There was a significant effect of multi-directional drill exercises and core stability on increasing the agility of badminton athletes, with t count 6.584> t table 2.447, and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, and a percentage increase of 15.61% . (2) There is a significant effect of multi-directional drill exercises and core stability on the increase in badminton athlete's leg power, with t count 4.553> t table 2.447, and a significance value of 0.004 <0.05, and a percentage increase of 3.11%.
