Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan Single-leg Squat dan Lunges terhadap peningkatan power tungkai pemain sepakbola KU 14-15 Tahun SSB Baturetno. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain “two groups pre-test-posttest”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain di SSB Baturetno yang berjumlah 50 orang. Teknik sampling menggunakan Purposive sampling, dengan kriteria yaitu: (1) pemain yang masih aktif mengikuti latihanan, (2) kelompok usia 14-15 tahun, (3) kehadiraan pada saat treatment minimal 75%, (4) sanggup mengikuti seluruh program latihan yang telah disusun. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut yang memenuhi berjumlah 20 orang. Instrument, power tungkai menggunakan Standing Broad Jump. Analisis data menggunakan uji t taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan Single-leg squat terhadap peningkatan power tungkai pemain SSB Baturetno KU 14-15 tahun, dengan t hitung -395 dan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.001. (2) Ada pengaruh latihan Lunges peningatan power otot tungkai pemain SSB Baturetno KU 14-15 tahun, dengan nilai -051 dan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.000.(3) Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t pengaruh latihan single-leg squat dan lunges terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai menunjukkan. thitung1.156 < ttabel = 2,11 dan sig= 0.267. Karena nilai p > 0.05 maka tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh latihan Single-leg squat dan lunges terhadap power otot tungkai pemain SSB Baturetno KU 14-15 tahun.
