Abstract

Abstract This research is a pretest-posttest design experimental study which aims to determine whether there is an effect of speed, agility and ball feeling exercises on the ability to accompany the ball to Princess Binangun Academy players. The sampling technique in this study uses a purposive sampling technique where samples are taken based on the existence of considerations that focus on specific goals. Subjects in this study were students of the Putri Binangun KU 17 College who had low basic engineering abilities totaling 20 female students. Putri Binangun Academy Student pre-test at the beginning of the study. Then the students were divided into two groups by means of pairing ordinal. Group A is given treatment speed and agility, while group B is treated with a ball feeling. The results of the pre-test and post-test were then analyzed to determine the effect of treatment that had been done. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that there is a significant effect of speed and agility training on 17-year-old female students of Putri Binangun Academic School dribbling skills, with the results of t test obtained mean pre test 17.47 seconds and post test 16.65 seconds and p value (0.031 ) In addition, there is a significant effect of ball feeling training on 17-year-old KU students in Putri Binangun Academy, with the results of the t-test analysis of the mean pre test 17.34 seconds and post test 15.48 seconds while the results of p (0.06)> 0 , 05. Keywords: pretest-posttest design, speed, agility, ball feeling, pre test dan post test
