Abstrsk
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur pengaruh latihan split squat jump dan tuck jump ith heel kick.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain “two groups pretest-posttest design.
Grup A diberi perlakuan latihan split squat jump dan grup B diberi perlakuan latihan tuck jump with
heel kick. Populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet bola voli putri usia 11-14 tahun Baja 78 Bantul. Sampel
yang digunakan dalah keseluruhan  populasi yang berjumlah 22 atlet. Instrumen menggunakan vertical
jump test. Data penelitian diolah menggunakan uji t.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan pliometrik split squat
jump terhadap peningkatan tinggi loncatan atlet bola voli remaja putri Baja 78 Bantul, dengan t hitung
3.382 > t tabel 2.228, atau nilai p 0.007 < 0.05 dengan  rata-rata peningkatan tinggi loncatan sebesar
4.091 cm. (2)  Ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan pliometrik tuck jump with heel kick terhadap
peningkatan tinggi loncatan atlet bola voli remaja putri Baja 78 Bantul, dengan t hitung 6.211 > t tabel
2.228, atau nilai p 0.000 < 0.05 dengan  rata-rata peningkatan tinggi loncatan sebesar 6.273 cm. (3)
Tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan split squat jump dan tuck jump
with heel kick dalam meningkatan tinggi loncatan atlet bola voli putri usia 11-14 tahun Baja
78 Bantul, dengan t hitung 0.820 < t tabel 2.086 atau nilai signifikansi p sebesar 0.422 > 0.05,
walaupun ada rata-rata perbedaan perubahan tinggi loncatan sebesar 2.182 cm.

Abstract
This study aims to measure the effect of split squat jump and tuck jump with heel kick exercises.
This research is an experimental study with the design of "two groups pretest-posttest design. Group A
was given split squat jump and group B treatment was given a tuck jump with heel kick exercise
treatment. The population of this study was female volleyball athletes aged 11-14 years Baja 78
Bantul. The sample used was a total population of 22 athletes. The instrument uses a vertical jump
test. The research data was processed using the t test.
The results showed: (1) There was a significant effect of pliometric split squat jump training on
increasing the jump height of Baja 78 Bantul female volleyball athletes, with t count 3.382> t table
2,228, or p value 0.007 <0.05 with an average increase in height jump of 4,091 cm. (2) There is a
significant effect of pliometric tuck jump with heel kick on increasing the jump height of Baja 78
Bantul female volleyball athletes, with t count 6.211> t table 2.228, or p value 0.000 <0.05 with an
average increase in jump height of 6,273 cm. (3) There were no significant differences in the effect of
split squat jump and tuck jump with heel kick training in increasing the jump height of female
volleyball athletes aged 11-14 years Steel 78 Bantul, with t count 0.820 <t table 2.086 or p
significance value of 0.422> 0.05, although there was an average difference in change in jump height
of 2.182 cm..
