Latihan explosive power sangatlah penting untuk penjaga gawang di SSO Real Madrid Foundation
UNY Yogyakarta. Pelatih sudah melatihkan beberapa latihan explosive power seperti latihan lompat
melewati cons, lompat pagar, Squat Jump dan Naik Turun Bangku, untuk meningkatkan daya ledak otot
tungkai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Latihan Squat Jump dan Naik Turun Bangku
pada Tinggi Lompatan Penjaga Gawang SSO Real Madrid Foundation UNY Yogyakarta.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental menggunakan desain penelitian Two-Group
Pretest-Posttest Design. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini tes vertical jump. Subjek penelitian yang
digunakan adalah penjaga gawang SSO Real Madrid Foundation UNY Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 13
anak. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 5 %.
Berdasarkan hasil analisisi uji t pada lompatan Penjaga Gawang dengan latihan squat jump
diperoleh nilai t hitung (3,267) > t tabel (2,447), sedangkan uji t pada lompatan Penjaga Gawang dengan
latihan Naik Turun Bangku diperoleh nilai t hitung (9,774) > t tabel (2,571). Hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan
ada Pengaruh Latihan squat jump dan Naik Turun Bangku yang signifikan pada Penjaga Gawang SSO
Real Madrid Foundation UNY Yogyakarta. Hasil persentase peningkatan latihan menggunakan naik
turun bangku (20,12 %) mempunyai peningkatatan lebih baik dibandingkan menggunakan squat jump
(11,56 %).

Abstract
Explosive power exercise was very important for a goal keeper in SSO Real Madrid Foundation
of UNY Yogyakarta. Coach had trained some explosive power exercises such as jump exercise through
cons, fence jump, Squat Jump and Bench Up and Down to improve leg muscle explosive power. This
research was aimed to know the effect of Squat Jump Exercise and Bench Up and Down in jump height of
goal keeper of SSO Real Madrid Foundation UNY Yogyakarta.
This was an experimental research using a Two-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The instrument
in this research was a vertical jump. The research subject used was goal keeper of SSO Real Madrid
Foundation UNY Yogyakarta numbered 13 children. Data analysis technique used a t test with
significance level of 5%.
Based on the t test analysis result in goal keeper jump with squat jump exercise obtained t count
value (3.267) > t table (2.447) while t test in goal keeper jump by bench up and down exercise obtained t
count (9.774) > t table (2.571). The result could be concluded there was a significant effect of squat jump and
bench up and down in goal keeper of SSO Real Madrid Foundation UNY Yogyakarta. Percentage result
of exercise improvement used bench up and down (20.12) has better improvement than using squat jump
(11.56%).
