PENGARUH LATIHAN AUDIO VISUAL DENGAN LANGSUNG TERHADAP PENGUASAAN GERAK PENCAK SILAT KATEGORI TUNGGAL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan audio visual dengan langsung terhadap penguasaan
gerak pencak silat kategori tunggal.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain “two group pretest-posttest design”. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini adalah siswa SDN Salaman 3 yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler pencak silat yang berjumlah 35 anak. Tenik
pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan kriteria (1) sudah memiliki materi dasar pencak silat, (2)
kelas 5, (3) sudah belajar pencak silat minimal 1 tahun, (4) kehadiran minimal 75% pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pencak
silat SDN Salaman 3, (5) siswa putri. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut yang memenuhi berjumlah 20 siswa. Instrument yang
digunakan adalah form penilaian juri pencak silat kategori tunggal. Analisis data menggunakan uji t.
Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh latihan audio visual terhadap penguasaan gerak pencak silat
kategori tunggal, dengan t hitung 4,9 > t tabel 1,833 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05, dengan selisih peningkatan sebesar
108,1. (2) Ada pengaruh latihan langsung terhadap penguasaan gerak pencak silat kategori tunggal, dengan t hitung 5,6 > t
tabel 1,833, dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dengan selisih peningkatan 130,1. (3) Metode latihan langsung (direct
intruction) lebih efektif terhadap penguasaan gerak pencak silat kategori tunggal dari pada metode audio visual, dengan
selisih rata-rata posttest sebesar 22,3.

Abstract
This research aims to know the effect of a direct audiovisual exercise on the martial arts movement mastery in
single category.
This research used an experimental method by dividing into two groups, such as pre-test and post-test. There were
35 people included in this research which were the member of martial arts extracurricular of SDN 3 Salaman. Sampling
technique used in this research was purposive sampling, with some criteria such as (1) having basic material about martial
arts, (2) the students were in grade 5, (3) already learning about martial arts no less than 1 year, (4) reaching minimum
standards of attendance (must be more than 75%), and (5) the students are female. Based on those criteria, only 20 students
which have the standard qualification. The instrument used in this research was judge appraisal form of martial arts in
single category. In analyzing the data, this research used T-test.
The result of this research shows that: (1) There is effect of a direct audiovisual exercise on the martial arts
movement mastery in single category, with t arithmetic is 4.9 > and t table is1.833. Besides, the significance value of this
research is 0.001 < 0.05, with an increasing difference is 108.1. (2) There is an effect of a direct audiovisual exercise on
the martial arts movement mastery in single category, with t arithmetic is 5,6 >, t table is 1,833, and significance value is
0,000 < 0,05, with an increasing difference is 130,1. (3) Direct instruction method is more effective than the audiovisual
method on the martial arts movement mastery in single category. The post-test average difference found in this research is
22.3.
