HUBUNGAN ANTARA KOORDINASI MATA DAN KAKI, KELINCAHAN, DAN BALL FEELING DENGAN KETERAMPILAN DRIBBLING PADA SISWA EKSTRAKURIKULER SEPAKBOLA DI SMP NEGERI 2 SEWON
Abstract
Abstrak Keterampilan dribbling siswa SMP Negeri 2 Sewon masih kurang hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya dukungan dari faktor fisik seperti koordinasi mata-kaki dan kelincahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara ketepatan koordinasi mata kaki, kelincahan, dan ball feeling terhadap keterampilan dribbling pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 2 Sewon. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional menggunakan metode survey dengan instrumen tes dan pengukuran sedangkan pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan tes koordinasi mata dan kaki, kelincahan dan ball feeling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakulikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 2 Sewon berjumlah 20 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara koordinasi mata dan kaki, kelincahan dan ball feeling terhadap keterampilan dribbling. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh: (1) Nilai t hitung hubungan antara koordinasi mata dan kaki dengan keterampilan dribbling diperoleh nilai sebesar 2,295. (2) Nilai t hitung hubungan antara kelincahan dengan keterampilan dribbling diperoleh nilai sebesar 3,763. (3) Nilai t hitung hubungan antara ball feeling kaki dengan keterampilan dribbling diperoleh nilai sebesar 2,470. (4) Hasil uji F antara data kelincahan, koordinasi mata dan kaki, dan ball feeling dengan keterampilan dribbling diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 11.625 > F tabel sebesar 3.239. Dengan demikian, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa koordinasi mata dan kaki, kelincahan dan ball feeling secara tepat memberikan pengaruh pada kemampuan dribbling. This study aims to determine the relationship between the accuracy of foot coordination, agility, and ball feeling on dribbling skills in students extracurricular football participants SMP Negeri 2 Sewon. This type of research is a correlational research using survey method with test and measurement instruments while data collection is using eye and foot coordination tests, agility and ball feeling. The sample of this research is soccer extracurricular students in SMP Negeri 2 Sewon amounted to 20 people. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between eye and foot coordination, agility and ball feeling on dribbling skills. This is indicated by: (1) The value of t arithmetic relation between eye and foot coordination with dribbling skills obtained value of 2.295. (2) The value of t arithmetic relation between agility with dribbling skills obtained value of 3.763. (3) The value of t arithmetic the relationship between foot's ball feeling with dribbling skills obtained value of 2.470. (4) The value of F arithmetic analysis between agility data, eye and foot coordination, and ball feeling with dribbling skill obtained F value counted 11.625 > F table of 3,239. Thus, it can be concluded that the coordination of the eyes and feet, agility and ball feeling correctly affect the ability of dribbling.
