MOTIVASI SISWA MASUK KE KELAS KHUSUS OLAHRAGA CABANG SEPAKBOLA DI TINGKAT SMP SE-KABUPATEN SLEMAN TAHUN AJARAN 2016/2017

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perbedaan motivasi antar siswa masuk ke kelas khusus olahraga akan berpengaruh pada prestasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi siswa masuk ke kelas khusus olahraga cabang sepakbola di tingkat SMP Negeri se Kabupaten Sleman tahun 2016/2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa KKO kelas 7 cabang sepakbola di tiga sekolah yaitu SMP Negeri 1 Kalasan, SMP Negeri 3 Sleman, dan SMP Negeri 2 Tempel yang berjumlah 34 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi siswa masuk ke kelas khusus olahraga cabang sepakbola di tingkat SMP Negeri se Kabupaten Sleman tahun 2016/2017 berada pada kategori “sangat rendah” sebesar 0% (0 siswa), “rendah” sebesar 0% (0 siswa), “sedang” sebesar 23,53% (8 siswa), “tinggi” sebesar 73,53% (25 siswa), dan “sangat tinggi” sebesar 2,94% (1 siswa). This research is a descriptive research.the method is survey by using data questionnaire technique. Subjects in this study were all student of special class of sports class 7 football branch in three schools namely 1 Kalasan Junior high school, 2 Tempel Junior high school, 3 Sleman junior high school amounting to 34 students. Data analysis technique using quantitative descriptive analyst are poured iin the form of presentage. The results showed that the students motivation to enter the special calss of sports branch football at junior high school at Sleman regency in 2016/2017 was in the category of “very low by 0% (0 students), “low” bu 0% (0 students), “moderate” by 23,53% (8 students), “high” by 73,53% (25 students), and “very high” by 2,94% (1 student).
