ANALISIS MASA AKHIR KERJA GURU PENJASORKES TERHADAP PENCAPAIAN KOMPETENSI GURU SE-MGMP KABUPATEN SLEMAN KORWIL TENGAH

Abstract

Abstrak Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru penjasorkes yang telah memasuki masa akhir kerja belum memiliki kompetensi baik. Pencapaian kompetensi guru untuk guru yang telah memasuki masa akhir kerja perlu diketahui oleh orang lain, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran nyata tentang pencapaian kompetensi guru penjas orkes yang telah memasuki masa akhir kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen PKG (Penilaian Kinerja Guru). Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah pencapaian kompetensi guru penjasorkes yang telah memasuki masa akhir kerja. Sumber datanya guru penjasorkes yang telah memasuki masa akhir kerja. Teknik analisis data menggunakan skala likert dengan hasil berupa presentase yang kemudian dimaknai menggunakan P=f/n. Hasil penelitian diketahui pencapaian kompetensi guru penjasorkes SMP Negeri yang telah memasuki masa akhir kerja se-MGMP Kabupaten Sleman korwil tengah diperoleh presentase hasil sebesar 60 % hasil tersebut dikatakan pencapaian kompetensi guru penjasorkes SMP Negeri yang telah memasuki masa akhir kerja se-MGMP Kabupaten Sleman korwil tengah adalah baik dalam hal pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam hal kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan akhir. Kata kunci: Guru Memasuki Masa Akhir Kerja, Kompetensi Guru Abstract The problem found in this study is that the physical education teachers have not had a good competence in his last year of teaching. The teachers’ accomplishments should be known by others. Therefore, this study is purposed to give the obvious image about the accomplishment of physical education teachers competencies who are in the last year of teaching. This study is a descriptive quantitative research using survey method of PKG (Penilaian Kinerja Guru) instrument. The research object is the accomplishments of physical educational teachers in the last year of teaching. The data analysis technique used likert scale with the result of percentage by P=f/n. The result of this study showed the accomplishments of physical education teachers in the last year of teaching in Junior High Schools with MGMP Sleman, Center Regional Coordinator with the result of 60 %. The result is showed the accomplishments of physical education teachers competencies in the last year of teaching is good regarding the teaching and learning process in the warming up activities, main activities, and closing.
