SURVEI PEMENUHAN GIZI SARAPAN SISWA KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 2 WATESKABUPATEN KULON PROGO TAHUN AJARAN 2016/2017
Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian yang berlatarbelakangtentangpermasalahanpemenuhangizisarapansiswa yang kurangbaiksehinggamenyebabkantingkatkonsentrasibelajarsiswamenjadikurangmaksimal.Tujuandaripenelitianiniad alahuntukmelihat status pemenuhangizisarapansiswakelas VII SMP N 2 WatesKabupatenKulonProgoTahunAjaran 2016/2017.Jenispenelitianinimerupakanpenelitiandeskriptifdenganmetodepenelitianberupasurvei.Pengumpulan data dilakukandenganangketterbukaberupafood recall sarapanselama 6 haridaripukul 05.00 WIB sampaidenganpukul 09.00 WIB yang telah di Expert Judgementolehahlimateri. Subjekpenelitianiniadalahkeseluruhansiswakelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Wates yang berjumlah 128 siswadengankisaranusiaantara 12 – 15 tahun. Analisis data menggunakanpatokanataustandarkebutuhansarapan per harisiswasebesar 15 % - 30 % darikebutuhankaloriharian.Hasilpenelitiandapatdiperolehdari total keseluruhanrespondendiketahuisebanyaksebanyak 50 siswaterpenuhidan 78 siswatidakterpenuhi. Persentasemenunjukanbahwa status gizisarapansiswa yang tergolongterpenuhisebesar 39.06 % dari total keseluruhansiswa yang berjumlah 128, sedangkan status gizisarapansiswa yang tergolongtidakterpenuhipersentasenyasebesar 60,94 %. Abstract The research background of the problem of nutrition fulfillment of students' breakfast is not good enough to cause the student's concentration level becomes less maximal.The purpose of this study is to see the nutritional fulfillment of students' grade VII Secondary School State 2 WatesKulonProgo Regency Year 2016/2017.This research type is descriptive research with research method in the form of survey.The data was collected by open questionnaire in the form of food recall for 6 days from 05.00 am until 09.00 am which has been Expert Judgment by expert material.The subjects of this study were all students of VII Secondary School grade of 2 Wates country which amounted to 128 students with age range between 12-15 years old.Data analysis used standard daily breakfast requirement of 15% - 30% of daily calorie requirement.The research results can be obtained from the total number of respondents known as many as 50 students are met and 78 students are not met.The percentage showed that the nutritional status of the students 'breakfast that was fulfilled was 39.06% of the total of 128 students, while the nutritional status of the students' breakfast was not fulfilled by 60.94%.
