PENGARUH PERMAINAN TARGET TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN SHOOTING DALAM PERMAINAN SEPAKBOLA PADA SISWA KELAS KHUSUS OLAHRAGA DI SMA N 2 PLAYEN GUNUNGKIDUL

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan target terhadap kemampuan shooting dalam permainan sepakbola pada siswa kelas khusus olahraga di SMA N 2 Playen.. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen one group pretest-posttest design dengan perlakuan sebanyak 12 kali. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas khusus olahraga sepakbola sebanyak 23 siswa. Kemampuan shooting diukur menggunakan instrumen Bobby Charlton yang dikemukakan oleh, Danny Mielke (2007 : 76). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Uji T dan sebelumnya telah diuji normalitas dan homogenitas terlebih dahulu. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh nilai thitung Signifikanisme 0,00 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05 jadi sudah ada perbedaan signifikan. Besarnya atau koefisien Uji T yaitu 0,03. Nilai rerata hasil pretest sebesar 87,3913 sedangkan ketepatan posttest naik menjadi 137,8261. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima, artinya ada pengaruh permainan target terhadap kemampuan shooting dalam permainan sepakbola pada siswa kelas khusus olahraga di SMA N 2 Playen Gunungkidul. Kata kunci: permainan target, kemampuan shooting dalam sepakbola Abstract The research intends to figure out the effect of target game towards shooting ability in football game on students of special class of sport in SMA N 2 Playen.The research was one group pretest-posttest design experimental research with 12 times pf treatment. The subjects of the research were the students of special class of the sport of football consisting of 23 students. The shooting ability was measured by using Bobby Charlton instrument, proposed by Danny Mielke (2007: 76). The data analysis technique was by using T Test analysis and had previously been tested for normality and homogeneity. The analysis and the discussion of the research results, it is obtained that tcount Significance 0.00 or lesser than 0.05 so there is already significant difference. The amount or T Test coefficient is 0.03. The average value of pretest result is 87.3913 while the posttest accuracy increases to 137.8261. Thus, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, it means there is influence on target game towards shooting ability in football game of students of special class of sport in SMA N 2 Playen Gunungkidul.
