SURVEI PENGELOLAAN EKSTRAKURIKULER OLAHRAGA SEPAKBOLA DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS SE-KABUPATEN KLATEN

Abstract

Abstrak Pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler olahraga sepakbola di sekolah menengah atas (SMA) Negeri se-Kabupaten Klaten masih belum diketahui, keberhasilan ekstrakurikuler olahraga sepakbola salah satunya ditentukan oleh pengelolaan dan beberapa sekolah masih belum menjalankan fungsi pengelolaan dalam ekstrakurikuler. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler olahraga sepakbola dari seluruh SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Klaten, sehingga diperoleh gambaran tentang pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler olahraga sepakbola dan sebagai gambaran bagi sekolah untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler olahraga sepakbola. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru penjasorkes SMA se-Kabupaten Klaten, yang berjumlah 12 orang dan pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2015. Uji reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,971. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa survei pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler olahraga sepakbola di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri se- Kabupaten Klaten Jawa Tengah memiliki pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler olahraga sepakbola sebanyak 0 sekolah (0%) sangat kurang,5 sekolah (41,6%) kurang,3 sekolah (25%) sedang,,3 sekolah (25%) baik dan 1 sekolah (8,3%) sangat baik. Kata Kunci :Pengelolaan, Ekstrakurikuler Olahraga, Sepakbola Abstract The management of football extracurricular at senior high schools in Klaten district have not known yet, the achievementof this extracurricular determined by its management and some of the senior high schools in Klaten have not done this kind of management yet. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to discover the all state senior hig schools’ football extracurricular management in Klaten, so that, the study will bring the description about football extracurricular management and to increase the management of football extracurricular.The study is a descriptive study. The study uses the questionnaire methode to get the data sampling. The subjects of this study is Senior High School’s Sport and Health teachers in Klaten. There are 12 teachers included in this study and the data sampling done in June 2015. The instrument to test the reliability is using the Alpha Cronbachwith 0,971 reliability.Based on the survey, the study of the extracurricular management at State Senior High School in Klaten, Central Java determines that: 1. Very Deficient: 0 (0%) ; 2. Deficient: 5 schools (41,6%); 3. Adequate: 3 schools (25%); 4. Good: 3 schools (25%); 5. Very Good: 1 school (8,3%). Key words: Management, Sport Extracurricular, Football
