TINGKAT KETERAMPILAN DASAR BOLA VOLI SISWA PUTRI PESERTA EKSTRAKURIKULER DI SMP NEGERI 1 MOYUDAN TAHUN AJARAN 2015/2016

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh teknik dasar pelaksanaannya masih kurang sesuai dengan teknik yang diajarkan oleh guru yang dianggap menjadi faktor kurang berkembangnya kualitas keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh para siswa SMP Negeri 1 Moyudan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan dasar bola voli siswa putri peserta ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 1 Moyudan tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang di gunakan adalah survei dengan tes pengukuran. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa putri SMP Negeri 1 Moyudan tahun ajaran 2015/2016 yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dengan jumlah siswa 24 anak. I n s t ru men p en el i t i an ad al ah tes keterampilan bola voli menggunakan VSAT. Nilai reabilitas tes untuk pemain bola voli putri sebesar “0,75”. Sedangkan validitas item tes servis sebesar “0,93”; validitas item tes forearm pass sebesar “0,94”; validitas item tes spike sebesar “0,98”; dan validitas item tes bump-set sebesar “0,86”. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan survei dalam bentuk tes pengukuran. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keterampilan dasar bola voli dengan menggunakan VSAT siswa putri peserta ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 1 Moyudan tahun ajaran 2015/2016, untuk kategori “baik sekali” sebanyak 1 siswa atau sebesar 4,17 %; kategori “baik” sebanyak 3 siswa atau sebesar 12,50 %; kategori “sedang” sebanyak 12 siswa atau sebesar 50 %; kategori “kurang” sebanyak 7 siswa atau sebesar 29,16 %; dan ketegori “kurang sekali” sebanyak 1 siswa atau sebesar 4,17%. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan yaitu 1) instrument penelitian yang digunakan belum ada kategori usianya, sehingga dimungkinkan instrument tidak tepat. 2) instrument belum memiliki norma yang standar, sehingga hasil yang ada dikategorikan berdasarkan kategori normatif yang bersifat lokal sehingga tidak bisa digeneralisasi. Kata kunci : Keterampilan, Bola Voli, VSAT, Ekstrakurikuler SMP Abstract This research is motivated by the basic techniques of volleyball implementation are still not in accordance with the techniques taught by the teachers that are considered to be the factor of underdeveloped quality of the skills of the students of SMP Negeri 1 Moyudan. The study aims to determine the level of volleyball basic skills of female student extracurricular members in SMP Negeri 1 Moyudan academic year 2015/2016. This research was descriptive quantitative research. The method used was by survey with measurement tests. The research population were female student SMP Negeri 1 Moyudan the academic year 2015/2016 joining the volleyball extracurricular activities of of 24 students. The research instrument was test of volleyball skills using VSAT. The value of reliability tests of female volleyball players was "0.75". While the validity of the service test item was "0.93"; the validity of forearm pass test item was “0.94"; the validity of the spike test item was "0.98"; and the validity of the bump-set test item was "0.86". The data collection technique was done by survey in the form of measurement tests. The data were analyzed by using descriptive quantitative analysis in the form of percentage. The results show that the level of volleyball basic skills using VSAT of female students of volleyball extracurricular members in SMP Negeri 1 Moyudan academic year 2015/2016, for the “excellent" category is 1 student or by 4.17%; "good" category is 3 students or by 12.50%; "medium" category is 12 students or 50%; "less" category is 7 students or by 29.16%; and „very less” category is 1 student or by 4.17%. The results of this research have limitations: 1) the instrument used in this research has been no age category, so the instruments are not appropriate. 2) the instrument has no standardized norms yet, so that the existing results categorized by local normative category that cannot be generalized.
