IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR PENGHAMBAT SISWA DALAM MENGIKUTI EKSTRAKURIKULER BOLA VOLI DI SMK NEGERI 1 SEYEGAN

Abstract

Abstrak Ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMK Negeri 1 Seyegan terlaksana belum maksimal. Peserta yang hadir setiap latihan jumlahnya tidak tetap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor hambatan siswa dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMK Negeri 1 Seyegan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei dan dengan teknik angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMK Negeri 1 Seyegan dengan jumlah dua puluh siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan menuangkan frekuensi ke dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penghambat siswa dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMK N 1 Seyegan adalah faktor internal dan faktor eksternal, diantaranya: (1) indikator waktu pelaksanaan dengan persentase 21,6%. (2) indikator sarana dan prasarana dengan persentase 18,9% (3) indikator bakat dengan persentase sama dengan indikator sarana dan prasarana yaitu 18,9% (4) indikator minat dengan persentase 16,2% (5) indikator lingkungan dengan persentase 13,5% (6) indikator pelatih dengan persentase paling kecil yaitu 10,8%. Kata Kunci: faktor penghambat, ekstrakurikuler, bola voli Abstract Volleyball extracurricular in SMK Negeri 1 Seyegan has not been run optimally. The participants’s attendence is unstabil. This research is conducted to find the obstancle factors of the students in doing volleyball extracurricular in SMK Negeri 1 Seyegan. This research is quantitative descriptive research by using survey and questionnaire method. Population in this research was twenty participants of vollyball extracurricular in SMK Negeri 1 Seyegan. Statistic descriptive by transforming frequency to percentages form is used as the technique of data analysis. The result of the research was shown that the obstancle factors influencing the students to join volleyball extracurricular were divided by two in the external factor and internal factor. They were (1) indicator of running time with percentage 21,6%. (2) indicator of facilities with percentage 18,9%. (3) indicator of talent showing the same percentage with the indicator facilities, 18,9%. (4) indicator of interest with percentage 16,2%. (5) indicator of atmosphere with percentage 13,5% and (6) indicator of the coach with the fewest percentage 10,8%. Keyword: obstancle factor, extracurricular, volleyball
