KOMPETENSI KEPRIBADIAN GURU PENJAS SMA NEGERI SE-KABUPATEN BANTUL

Abstract


Abstrak Peran guru bukan hanya sebagai perantara dalam transfer ilmu, akan tetapi juga dalam transfer nilai. Transfer nilai yang dilakukan oleh guru tidak akan terlepas dari kompetensi kepribadian yang dimiliki guru tersebut, maka dari itu harus diketahui terlebih dahulu seberapa besar kompetensi kepribadian guru di masa ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kompetensi kepribadian guru penjas SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Bantul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi, dengan jumlah populasi guru SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Bantul sebanyak 33 guru. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dengan 31 butir pernyataan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan besarnya kompetensi kepribadian guru penjas SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Bantul terdapat satu guru (3,03%) dalam kategori sangat tinggi, 12 guru (36,36%) dalam kategori tinggi, 10 guru (30,30%) dalam kategori sedang, 6 guru (18,18%) dalam kategori rendah, 4 guru (12,12%) dalam kategori sangat rendah. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian guru penjas SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten bantul sebesar (36,36%) dalam kategori tinggi. Teachers transfer of value will not be separated with the personal competence of the teacher self, so the first thing that must be known is how proficient the teacher personal competence at this time. The objective of this study is to determine how proficient the personal competence of high schools physical education teachers throughout Bantul regency. This research is descriptive-quantitative research based on survey method. This research is a population research, with a population of 33 high school teachers throughout Bantul regency. The instrument that used were a questionnaire with 31 point of statement. The data analysis technique that used were descriptive-analysis and presented in percentages. The research results showed the amount of high school physical education teachers personal competence throughout the Bantul regency there is one teacher (3.03%) in a very high category, 12 teachers (36.36%) in the high category, 10 teachers (30.30%) in the average category, 6 teachers (18.18%) in the low category, 4 teachers (12.12%) in the very low category. It can be concluded that high schools physical education teachers personal competence throughout Bantul regency is (36.36%) in the high category.
