TINGKAT KETERAMPILAN GULING DEPAN SISWA KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 2 PLAYEN KABUPATEN GUNUNGKIDUL TAHUN AJARAN 2015/2016
Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan guling depan siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Playen Kabupaten Gunungkidul Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen tes unjuk kerja. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Playen dan sampel penelitian yang digunakan berjumlah 64 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment sebesar 0,662. Uji realibilitas instrumen menggunakan rumus Alpha dan Cronbach sebesar 0,863. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Tingkat Keterampilan Guling Depan Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Playen Kabupaten Gunungkidul Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 yang terdiri dari 64 siswa terdapat 0 siswa (0%) dalam kategori sangat terampil, 39 siswa (60,9%) dalam kategori terampil, 16 siswa (25%) dalam kategori kurang terampil, dan 9 siswa (14,1%) dalam kategori sangat kurang terampil. Kata kunci: keterampilan, guling depan, SMP Negeri 2 Playen Abstract This study aims to determine the forward roll skill level of 7th grades students in Junior High School 2 Playen Gunungkidul Regency .This research is quantitative descriptive, the method used in this study is a survey method with the measurement test instrument. The population of this study were all 7th grades students in Junior High School 2 Playen totaling 128 students from four classes and sample used were 64 students using quota sampling technique.. Instrument validity test using the product moment correlation formula of 0.662. Instrument reliability test using Cronbach Alpha formula and amounted to 0.863. Data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative method, as outlined in percentage form. The results showed that the forward roll skills level of the 7th grades students in Junior High School 2 Playen Gunungkidul Regency is 0 students (0%) in the category of very skilled, 39 students (60.9%) in the category of skilled, 16 students (25%) in the category of less skilled, and 9 students ( 14.1%) in the category of very unskilled.
