IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM PEMBINAAN MULTILATERAl DI PERGURUAN PENCAK SILAT SE-KOTA MAGELANG PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH TAHUN 2016
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya perguruan pencak silat yang belum
mengimplementasi pembinaan multilateral dengan baik dengan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui implementasi sistem pembinaan multilateral di 5 perguruan pencak silat se Kota
Magelang. Penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif Ditinjau dari pendekatan analisanya, penelitian
ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengkaji prespektif partisipan dengan strategi – strategi
yang bersifat interaktif dan fleksibel. Subyek penelitian adalah pelatih di 5 perguruan pencak silat atau
pembina kegiatan ektrakulikuler di sekolah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan intrumen triangulasi
data, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan
belum sesuai dengan pembinaan multilateral akan tetapi di setiap perguruan sudah sesuai dengan
umur dan karateristik anak yakni pembinaan yang dilakukan pada usia 6-15 tahun. Pembinaan sudah
sesuai dengan aspek biomotorik yang disesuai dengan aspek gerak dasar motorik anak, pada gerak
non lokomotor, lokomotor dan manipulatif, akan tetapi masih ada beberapa perguruan yang belum
melaksanakan pembinaan multilateral karena berbagai hal.

Abstract
This research is motivated by Pencak Silat schools that have not implemented the multilateral
development well, so that the research aims to determine the implementation of the multilateral
development system in 5 Pencak Silat schools in Magelang City. The research was descriptive
research, seen from its analysis approach; the research used qualitative approach to assess the
perspectives of the participants with the strategies that were interactive and flexible. The subjects
were 5 Pencak Silat schools or the coaches of the extracurricular activities in school. The data
collection technique employed instruments such as data triangulation, interview, observation, and
documentation. The results of the research show that the development is not in accordance with the
multilateral development but in every school is in accordance with the age and characteristics of the
children in which the development is done for 6-15 years old. The development already corresponds
with the biomotoric aspects adapted to the children motor basic motion aspects, to the non-locomotor
motion, locomotor and manipulative motions, however, there are still some schools that have not
implemented the multilateral development due to various factors.
