Abstract


ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena siswa SD kelas bawah masih berada dalam tahap usia
dini dan perkembangan sehingga siswa masih sulit untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran penjasorkes
dengan serius. Selain itu siswa masih berkeinginan untuk bermain sehingga siswa masih sulit untuk
diatur pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor
penghambat dan upaya strategis yang dilakukan guru dalam pembelajaran PJOK siswa kelas bawah
SD Negeri Percobaan 4 Wates. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif
dan proses pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini
adalah guru PJOK SD N Percobaan 4 Wates. Dalam penelitian kualitatif yang menjadi instrumen atau
alat penelitian adalah peneliti itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, setting penelitian di SD N Percobaan 4
Wates dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan
bahwa faktor penghambat dalam pembelajaran PJOK di SD Negeri Percobaan 4 Wates adalah sebagai
berikut. (1) Guru kurang disiplin waktu dalam hal melengkapi tugas administrasi guru. (2) Guru
kesulitan mengelola proses pembelajaran siswa kelas bawah karena kurang pemahaman dalam
perkembangan anak usia SD. (3) Guru tidak fokus terhadap materi yang diajarkan.(4) Guru belum
bisa menilai siswa secara menyeluruh dalam mengevaluasi 3 ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor.
Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru atau pihak sekolah dalam mengatasi hambatan pembelajaran
penjas adalah sebaga berikut. (1) Guru telah berupaya mengkomunikasikan permasalahan proses
pembelajaran penjas pada pihak sekolah. (2) Guru berupaya mendampingi terus menerus siswa yang
kurang memahami materi pembelajaran. (3) Guru akan berupaya sebaik mungkin memberikan materi
pembelajaran pada siswa kelas bawah sesuai prosedur.

ABSTRACT
This research is motivated as the lower classes of elementary school students are still in the
early stages of developing age so that students are still difficult to join the learning process of
Physical Education, Sport and Health Education (PESHE) seriously. In addition, they still like to play
therefore the teacher finds difficulties in managing the class when the learning process is running.
This study aims to identify inhibiting factors and strategic efforts undertaken by the teacher in the
Physical Education, Sport and Health Education class under the lower class students of Elementary
State School of Percobaan 4 Wates.The method used in this research is descriptive and qualitative.
Data collection process is done by interview, observation, and document study. The subject of this
study is the teacher of PESHE in the Elementary State School of Percobaan 4 Wates. In a qualitative

study the research instrument is the researcher himself. Therefore, the research setting in the
Elementary State School of Percobaan 4 Wates uses naturalistic qualitative approach.The results
showed that inhibiting factors in learning PESHE in the Elementary State School of Percobaan 4
Wates are as follows. (1) The teacher is not disciplined in terms of time in completing teacher’s
administrative duties. (2) The teacher finds difficulties in managing the learning process of lower
students because of lack of understanding in the development of elementary school age children. (3)
The teacher does not focus on the material being taught. (4) The teacher has not been able to
thoroughly assess students in evaluating the 3 cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. The efforts made
by the teacher or the school in overcoming barriers to physical education learning is as follows. (1)
Master has sought to communicate the learning process problems to the headmaster. (2) Teachers
constantly strive to help students in understanding learning materials. (3) The teacher will attempt to
provide learning materials for the lower class students properly.
