PERAN GURU PENDIDIKAN JASMANI TERHADAP KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER PRAMUKA DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI SE-KECAMATAN SEWON KABUPATEN BANTUL DIY TAHUN 2016

Masalah dalam penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh Peraturan Pemerintah No. 74 Tahun 2008 tentang guru,
Pasal 52 ayat (1) huruf e, bahwa guru dapat diberikan tugas tambahan salah satunya menjadi pembina Pramuka,
tetapi pada kenyataannya diketahui bahwa sebagian guru belum berkecimpung di dalam kegiatan Pramuka.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru pendidikan jasmani SD negeri Se-Kecamatan Sewon
terhadap berjalannya kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Pramuka di sekolah.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket
dengan validitas 0,908 dan reliabilitas 0,935. Subjek penelitian adalah guru pendidikan jasmani SD negeri SeKecamatan Sewon sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan persentase.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui peran guru pendidikan jasmani di SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Sewon
terhadap kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Pramuka di Sekolah sebagian besar pada kategori sangat tinggi 0 %, pada
kategori tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 40 %, pada ketegori sedang sebesar 26,67 %, pada kategori rendah
sebesar 23,33 %, dan pada kategori sangat rendah sebesar 10 %.

The problem in this research is motivated by the Government Regulation No. 74 in 2008 on
teachers, Article 52 Chapter (1) letter e, that teacher can be assigned additional duties such as being a
Scout builder, however, in fact it is known that most teachers have not been involved in Scout activities.
This research aims to determine the role of physical education teachers in State Elementary Schools of
Sewon District towards Scout extracurricular activities.
The type of the study used in this research was descriptive. The research instrument was by
questionnaire with the validity 0.908 and the reliability value 0.935. The subjects of the research were
teachers of physical education of State Elementary Schools in Sewon District of 30 teachers. The data
were analysed by using descriptive statistics on the percentage.
Based on the research results, there are found that the role of physical education teachers in State
Elementary Schools of Sewon District towards Scout extracurricular activities in school is most in the
high category with percentage 40%, in the medium category is 26.67 %, in the low category is 23.33%,
and the very low category is at 10 % and in the very high category is 0 %.
