PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM DOKTER KECIL DALAM USAHA KESEHATAN SEKOLAH (UKS) DI SEKOLAH DASAR SE-KECAMATAN PUNDONG KABUPATEN BANTUL TAHUN 2016

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Pelaksanaan Dokter Kecil dalam Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah
(UKS) di Sekolah Dasar Se-Kecamatan Pundong Kabupaten Bantul Tahun 2016. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk
mengetahui pelaksanaan program Dokter Kecil dalam Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) di Sekolah Dasar Se-Kecamatan
Pundong Kabupaten Bantul Tahun 2016.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah
seluruh Pembina UKS di Sekolah Dasar Se-Kecamatan Pundong Kabupaten Bantul Tahun 2016 yaitu sebanyak 20
responden, namun pada kenyataanya terdapat 2 sekolah yang digabungkan dengan sekolah yang lain, sehingga hanya
terdapat 18 responden dari 20 responden yang direncanakan. Semua anggota populasi dijadikan subyek penelitian,
sehingga penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan
menggunakan angket. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Pelaksanaan Program Dokter Kecil dalam Usaha Kesehatan
Sekolah (UKS) di Sekolah Dasar Se-Kecamatan Pundong Kabupaten Bantul Tahun 2016 yang meliputi 1) Pendidikan
Kesehatan, 2) Pelayanan Kesehatan, 3) Lingkungan Kehidupan Sekolah Sehat, 4) Promosi Kesehatan, 5)
Penyelenggaraan Kesehatan Sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan metode survei dan teknik pengambilan data
menggunakan angket. Data yang diperoleh di analisis menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
secara keseluruhan Pelaksanaan Program Dokter Kecil dalam Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) di Sekolah Dasar SeKecamatan

Pundong Kabupaten Bantul Tahun 2016 terdapat 10 sekolah (56,47%) dalam kategori terlaksana, 4 sekolah
(20,45%) dalam kategori sedang terlaksana, 2 sekolah (13,77%) dalam kategori akan terlaksana, 2 sekolah (9,32%) dalam
kategori tidak terlaksana.

Abstract
 The problem in this research is how the implementation of Little Doctor program of School Public Health in
Elementary Schools of Pundong Subdistrict Bantul in the academic Year of 2016. The purpose of this study was to
investigate the implementation of Little Doctor program of School Public Health in Elementary Schools of Pundong
Subdistrict Bantul  in the academic Year of 2016. This was a descriptive study. The populations in this study were all the
coach of Elementary School at  Pundong Subdistrict Bantul in the year of 2016 with a total of 20 respondents, but in fact
there were two schools were merged with other schools thus only 18 respondents from those 20 respondents. All members
of the population used as the subject of research, so this study was a population research. The method used is a survey
method using questionnaires. The variable was the Implementation of Little Doctor Program of School Public Health in
Elementary School of Pundong Subdistrict Bantul in the year of 2016  which includeed 1) Health Education, 2) Health
Service, 3) Environmental Life of Healthy Schools, 4) Health Promotion , 5) Implementation of School Health. The
method used was survey methods and data collection techniques used was questionnaire. The data analyses technique
used was  using percentages. The results showed that the implementation of Little Doctor program of School Public
Health in Elementary Schools of Pundong Subdistrict Bantul in the academic Year of 2016 were 10 schools (56.47%) in
the category of accomplished, 4 schools (20.45%) in categories of being implemented, two schools (13.77%) in the
category will be done, two schools (9.32%) in the category did not implement.
