Abstract


ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi siswa kelas atas dalam mengikuti pembelajaran
Pedidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di SD Negeri 1 Kadipiro Bantul Yogyakarata.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik
pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas atas di SD Negeri 1
Kadipiro Bantul Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 89 siswa sehingga disebut penelitian populasi. Teknik analisis data
menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang disajikan dalam bentuk persentase.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi siswa kelas atas dalam mengikuti pembelajaran Pendidikan
Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di SD Negeri 1 Kadipiro Bantul Yogyakarta berada pada kategori “kurang
sekali” sebesar 0% (0 siswa), “kurang” sebesar 9,0% (8 siswa), “cukup” 24,7% (22 siswa), “baik” 37,1% (33
siswa), “baik sekali” 29,2% (26 siswa). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi siswa kelas atas dalam mengikuti
pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di SD Negeri 1 Kadipiro Bantul Yogyakarta dalam
kategori baik.

ABSTRACT
 
This study aimed to find out the students’ motivation of high class in their involvement of the physical
education and health learning process at Kadipiro 1 State Primary School, Bantul, Yogyakarta.
This study was descriptive research that used survey method in the data collection techniques by using
questionnaire. The subject of this research was 89 high class students at Kadipiro 1 State Primary School,
Bantul, Yogyakarta that called as population research. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative
analysis that was served by percentage.
The results of the research showed that the students’ motivation of high class in their involvement of the
physical education and health learning process at Kadipiro 1 State Primary School, Bantul, Yogyakarta were
at the “very bad” category that was showed as 0% of the students,  “bad” category as 9,0% of the students or
it consisted of 8 students, “enough” category as 24,7% of the students or it consisted of 22 students,  “good”
category as 37,1% of the students or it consisted of 33 students, “very good” category as 29,2% of the students
or it consisted of 26 students. It could be concluded that the students’ motivation of high class in their
involvement of the physical education and health learning process at Kadipiro 1 State Primary School, Bantul,
Yogyakarta was categorized in good category.
