HUBUNGAN REWARD DENGAN DISIPLIN ANAK TK KELOMPOK B DI SEKOLAH SE-GUGUS II SANDEN, BANTUL

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan reward yang diberikan oleh orangtua dengan disiplin anak TK Kelompok B di sekolah se-Gugus II Sanden, Bantul. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan subjek 163 siswa dan 163 orangtua/wali murid. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif untuk penyajian data dan korelasi product moment untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara reward orangtua dengan disiplin anak TK Kelompok B di sekolah se-Gugus II Sanden, Bantul. Hasil analisis data korelasi product moment diperoleh hasil korelasi rhitung sebesar -0,022. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa reward orangtua tidak ada hubungannya dengan disiplin anak TK Kelompok B di sekolah se-Gugus II Sanden, Bantul. Kata kunci: reward orangtua, disiplin anak, TK Kelompok B Abstract This research aims to examine the relation between reward given by parents and the kindergarten group B student’s discipline at the schools in Gugus II Sanden, Bantul. The type of this research is quantitative research which used correlational design. The subjects are 163 students and 163 parents. The instruments are observation check list and questionnaire. Technique used to analyze data is descriptive, to show the data and product moment to prove hypothesis. The data shows no correlation between reward given by parents and kindergarten group B student’s discipline at the schools in Gugus II Sanden, Bantul. After being analyzed, the correlation of product moment shows that rhitung is -0,022. So, is conclussed that reward given by parents no correlation with the kindergarten group B student’s discipline at the schools in Gugus II Sanden, Bantul.
