IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM SEKOLAH SEJAHTERA DI SMA NEGERI 1 GODEAN

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program sekolah sejahtera di SMA Negeri 1 Godean. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji validitas data melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian strategi sekolah dalam mengimplementasi program sekolah sejahtera dengan cara: (1) mengkomunikasi; (2) menetapkan sumber daya; (3) menyesuaikan aturan dan komitmen; (4) menetapkan struktur birokrasi. Isi program sekolah sejahtera meliputi: (1) implementasi program having (kondisi sekolah), adanya fasilitas yang mendukung aktivitas siswa seperti kantin sekolah, UKS, wali kelas, dan guru bimbingan konseling; (2) implementasi program loving (hubungan sosial), tidak adanya tindak kekerasan/bullying di sekolah; (3) implementasi program being (pemenuhan diri di sekolah), peserta didik ikut berpartisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan di sekolah seperti pemilihan siswa untuk mengikuti lomba; (4) implementasi program health (kesehatan), sekolah mengadakan Jumat bersih dan senam sehat yang diadakan setiap hari Jumat secara bergantian. Faktor pendukung program sekolah sejahtera di SMA Negeri 1 Godean: a) adanya komitmen dan tanggung jawab agen-agen pelaksana program; b) warga sekolah yang terbuka dengan adanya program baru; c) adanya pihak luar sekolah yang ikut membantu dalam pelaksanaan program yaitu CPMH UGM; d) sarana prasarana yang dimiliki sekolah, sedangkan faktor penghambat program yaitu: dana dan waktu.

Abstract
This research aims to describe the implementation of the school well-being program in SMA Negeri 1 Godean. This descriptive research has several subjects such as the headmaster, teachers, and students. The data were collected through interview, observation, and documentation. Then, the data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The data validity test is done through triangulation of data sources and techniques. The results show that Implementation of well-being school program in SMA Negeri 1 Godean used four strategics, such as (1) comunicate; (2) set up the resources; (3) adjust the rule; (4) set up bureaucratic structure. Content of the school well-being program like: (1) the implementation of having program, the service for students for example canteen, medical room (UKS), homeroom teachers, and counseling teachers; (2) the implementation of loving program, there is no violence/bullying at school; (3) the implementation of being program, the students participate to taking the decision at school, for example students chosen for the competition; (4) the implementatin of health program, to prevent the students from disease, the school applies clean Friday and healthy exercise alternately every Friday.Supporting factors of the school well-being program in SMA Negeri 1 Godean: a) there is a commitment and responsibility of the program practitioners; school members are open with new programs; c) there is another party that helps implement the program, CPMH UGM; d) facilities and infrastructures owned by the school, meanwhile the obstacle factors of this program are fund and time.
