Abstract

This study aims to develop an Time to Quiz application based on Android and know the quality of this
application viewed in terms of software based on ISO 25010 from aspects of functionality, portability, reliability,
and usability. The research method used is research and development (R & D). The development model adapts to a
waterfall model proposed by Pressman about software development. Consists of (1) communication, (2) modeling,
(3) construction and (4) deployment. Testing the quality of functionality and reliability are done by observation of
the application by two expert users. The quality of the material is tested to two material experts. Portability quality
is tested on emulators with different operating system and Android screen resolution. As for usability test, software
is tested to students of class XI TKJ SMK N 1 Sedayu using USE Questionnaire. Based on the results of testing the
quality aspects are known: (1) Aspects of functionality and reliability declared passed by the expert judge. (2) The
assessment of material experts states that the material has been feasible. (3) The result of the application
portability test shows that it can be operated on different system or environment (passed), (4) The average result of
usability rating shows the percentage of 78.66%. Thus based on the quality test can be concluded that the software
developed has a good quality.
