ACADEMIC INFORMATION SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT AT SMK DIRGANTARA PUTRA BANGSA

Abstract

This research is aimed to devise and develop a web based academic information system at SMK
Dirgantara Putra bangsa and to know the software quality by doing testing that meets ISO 9126 standards.
The method of this research is Research and Development that consist of ten stages: potentials and
problems, data collecting, product design, design validation, desing revision, product testing, product
revision, user trial, product revision, and mass production. The result of this study are: (1) academic
informatoin system is developed sing research and development method, (2) test result of functionality
characteristic showed all fucntions in the system running well, , usability characteristic is 70,87 (Grade
B), from testing efficiency characteristic known PageSpeed score is 91,96 and YSlow score is 93 with
avarege response time 2,28 second, and last test result of reliability characteristic got level of reliability
100%.
